I'm late, but a lot of these hits are now illegal. You can't hit a WR who's searching for a pass coming his way; same with punt reterns. You can't pick up players and slam them down. No helmet to helmet contact, and helmets have been designed over the years to help reduce CTE (but it will never go away with the nature of the sport).
A good number of these hits were made in college football. For example, at the 1:56 mark the game was from the 2012 Big Ten championship game between Nebraska and Wisconsin.
you can fight whenever you want but it’s a big penalty for both of the fighters and usually they throw hands when one of their better players gets killed

They dont understand that its that "protection" that encourages nfl players to use their bodys like missiles with no regard for health or safety. Any sane individual should rather take a big rugby hit than 2 people running a sub 4.4 leading with the crown of their helmet at your temple unprotected over the middle of a field. Rugby is brutal as well. But the violent nature of the collisions arent really equal. And the threat of CTE is mu h higher in the nfl even with "protection"
