Hocam merhaba, Ansys'te bir parçanın termal ve harmonik analizleri için bir kaç sorum olacak. 1. sorum parçayı 23°C ' de 1 saat bekleteceğim. Daha sonra dakikada 3°C düşürerek -60°C'ye gelmesini bekleyeceğim. -60°C'ye geldiğinde de 2 saat bu sıcaklıkta bekletmem gerekiyor. Daha sonra dakikada 3°C arttırarak 23°C' ye gelmesini bekleyeceğim. 23°C 2 saat bekleteceğim. 2.sorum ilgili parçayı 30°C 'de %90 nem ortamında 1 saat, 50°C'de %95 ortamında 3 saat bekletmem gerekecek. 3. sorum ilgili parçaya her 3 eksende 10 Hz'den 60 Hz' e 3g tepeden tepeye basit harmonik analizi 10' ar dakika süre ile maruz bırakacağım. Örnek bir çalışmanıza ya da videoya yönlendirirseniz sevinirim.
I liked the video, I am having a problem studying an assembly where one of the pieces is made of composite material. When placing the assembly in the ACP module, when I go to the setup only the part to which I am going to apply the composite material appears (I understand that it is because I defined it as a surface previously), but when I link the ACP module to the structural static I only see links the composite part and not the entire assembly.
Hi. Please i have a problem with my geometry. It's empty. I want to know if i have to download a geometric or i i have to do it in another logiciel like Solidworks and them use it in Edem?
Can you do the steady-state thermal analysis of these turbocharger impeller ? I do not find any boundary conditions to apply on the given structure to show what is the temperature and heat flux effect of impeller. If you have some boundary conditions able to applied on impeller, please share me.
You need to assign a material to this geometry. Click on that geometry and in the details the material assignment box should be highlighted yellow. Use the drop-down to select a material that from the engineering data box
hello, First of all thanks for this tutorial, it was really helpful. I just have 1 Question in 15:11 you can see under the simulator grid that the Approx. Number of cells = 15984 while mine = 1 and for some reason I cant see any particles being produced although I followed you step by step, do you have any idea on how I can fix it ? thanks again.
Number of cells is defined at the simulation setup section. That section where you have Grid size. Put yours btn 2R and 3R...or you can let the software estimate it for you. But please remember that, the higher the number of grid cells, the slower the simulation. Check this video out...
There is an issue with using 2d body for analysis for ACP composite pre. I am forced to select 3d in analysis type by ansys. When i select 3d in analysis type, the body wont show at all as it is 2d. You could have done the design modeller bit too as it wouldnt have taken much time and cleared many confusion for most of us. anyway great tutorial, thank you for making this.

when i start the simulation it says "too many grid cells" why it happened? i tried to change the value of grid cells but stilll having the same issue :( i guess my pc is too weak? or do you have any alternate way how to do it?
