it would be good if there was a modification that also shows the health status and the deley that appears in electrical panels, I know it's a lot, but taking into account the real electrical components, it would be good if there was also a modification with different sizes of cable, as well as voltage drop and sometimes turbulshooting, it would be good if there was sometimes problems appeared in the simulation after some time
It would also be good if it was possible to mix different liquids and add some other chemicals to them and what the concentration and pressure should be as well nice in simulation especially for gas/chemical/ Pharmaceutics industry There will definitely be more people interested in buying if the program could be expanded to include such things. It would be good if you could also bend metal and other things
Thanks for the suggestions. Already possible to mix liquids and add particles (simulating chemicals or whatever). To bend elements you can use different tricks, such as changing models or using animations.
Hello 👋 , Great JOOB , could You please help me update from version 3.20.0 to the latest version? I can't find a place where I could do it. Thank You in advance 😉😊
I'm going to be building a setup for factory simulation and wanted to get an AB Micro850 PLC for this. Would it be able to connect directly to Nirtec or do I need to use OPC drivers? I tried using OPC in Factory I/O and it's not exactly friendly with longer programs; it automatically addressed every single bit, most of which I didn't need, and capped out the maximum available I/O devices.
Yes, to connect with the Rockwell software it is necessary to use the OPC DA drivers. Here you have some example: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Jq5m83PYqig.htmlsi=74T4snqJBFD78Fak
Hello in case you already have the program ... have you been able to develop the correct program for the "stacker machine" that it's built as a demo in the machines simulator? I'd appreaciate some support
Yes, this is a good example for machine adjust, you can configure the speed and force of the pneumatic cylinders to be suitable for your simulation. We like to test our users ;)
Dang looks much deeper than Factory IO. It's a wonder why they're the education standard when they charge a subscription and don't even add any new content. Can I connect Nirtec to a SLC 500 emulator?
In new software versions, the connection to the drivers is done directly from Machines Simulator. EasyPLC is only used to program the machine logic if you do not have other automation software such as TIA PORTAL, Codesys, Allan Bradley,... You can see the tutorial on how to do it in the following video starting at minute 4: 10 -> ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-pYTPqQtQkAI.htmlsi=oNER4nzLbSsACqTy
At 1:53 when configuring the OPC_UA_Driver I get the error "Could not create a container for the new key pair. Error=00000005" and then the program no longer responds this program is giving me problems on each step
You guys need to market the hell out of this, I am just getting into plc’s and I had no idea this type of software existed. I am definitely going to buy this.
It's cool to see my logic being used in the example. I love using EasyPLC Machine Simulator, it works so much better than FactoryIO. Thanks for the update on this great software. My reference from 2021 on this example: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-I6YfONKkAyI.htmlsi=1l8Nw8Lqqyg-AJQ1
Your channel is a great contribution for those interested in the world of automation using AB Rockwell software and automation in general, I recommend it!
Buenas.
Excuse me, I have a question about the simulation. Can TIA Portal V17 use for programming? And can also connect WinCC runtine of TIA Portal with the simulation? With best regards mcflash
@@Nirtec Thanks for your answer :) TIA Portal includes WinCC Runtime for virtualizing a HMI of SIEMENS. Is it possible to use this HMI in your simulation? With best regards mcflash
Hello Nirtec-Team, i was wondering if it is possible in your program to import my own CAD-objects? Or am I limited to your 3D-objects currently? Is there any video/resource for this topic?
Yes, of course, you can import your own 3D models, see the following video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-05byHkSB8M8.html or use the Nirtec forum: nirtec.com/forum/index.php
The idea is to have a classification criterion, in this case the color of the bottles, which is read with the camera, and based on this, use the position value of each of the bottles, due to the encoder, to classify them. Logically, a shift register system can also be used, but this is used in simpler configurations with fixed steps and proximity sensors or photocells, here is an example: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-5avWZ1RpCRc.html
Nice, cheaper than other packages but I think is limited to what you can do. I create models in Unity controlled by PLCSIM and programmed with TIA Portal ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-i3cPZ6GpoBw.html
Thanks a lot for this video , but.if ihave a varibale speed of conveyor built or increasing in the number of products. I mean.i have a fixed conveyor but the distance betwewn.bottle decreased , how this will make a change on the system in the video
There is no problem, this is taken care of by the PLC logic. The encoder-based system reports the pulses made by the motor to know the positions, a photocell or micro is necessary to take the reference of the part to be controlled at a point, and the speed is always proportional to the pulses of the encoder.
Thanks but i have question about the logic when programming the plc , correct me if iam wrong i need to add a counter of the pulses and to normally open contact of photocell if both are on i.e i need pulses of 1000 and the photcell is on then fire the alarm
@@georgealbo It depends on the type of encoder, there are absolute and relative encoders, in an absolute type a reference signal such as a photocell is not necessary, but in relative ones you do need a signal that acts as a reference, as is the case in the video.
