Getting stuff wrong on the very first sentence. Great start. 😂 Ísafjörður literally means ice fjord, or fjord of ice. Fjord does not mean town. If you don't know what a fjord is, look it up.
Did you find out where you stopped on your way to Landmannalaugar? I think from looking it up, the first waterfall is Sigoldufoss maybe??? And the second stop, where you saw cars parked, and walked to the incredible waterfall views (one of your faves on the trip)…. Do you know where that was??
I don't get why you guys went from tokyo, hakone to kyoto and kyoto to nagano?and no osaka? You could have start from osaka, kyoto, hakone, tokyo and then nagano since nagano is only less than an hour and half hours via kagayaki shinkansen from tokyo.
Amazing video! We are going to Lofoten Islands in Sept, this video is very helpful in helping us planning our trip. Where did you park for Reinebringen hike?
You are welcome and we are glad our video was helpful to you 😊 We parked at nearby parking lot but it gets pretty full quickly, however, people come and go, hope you have a great time!
I am a Japanese man living in California. I spent this afternoon watching your wonderful video on TV RU-vid and I really enjoyed it. After I finished the whole video, I decided to subscribe to your channel. The picture quality is spectacular. Thank you.
I am a Bangladeshi citizen Apoorba Rahman, one of the biggest wishes in life is to hope and live in Norway. I want to live a life of happiness, peace and harmony. I want to sow that seed there. I don't know when it will happen but I really want it. Norway is the country of dreams.
We think every season is good in Furano because you will be able to see different flowers and nature and in the winter there is a famous Hokkaido powder which we would love to experience one day 🙂
yes, it was pretty easy but we skipped Sapporo and mostly drove around the country. We only used highway the last day driving to the airport. Just a quick tip - some gas stations don't open until 8 am, which we learned the hard way and almost missed our flight 😀
Excuse me, only a word.. Sensouji is not a Shrine, Sensouji is a Temple in Buddism. There is another a shrine in same zone, Sanpou jinja(Shrine) in Shintoism. It's difficult to understand in same zone, but I tell you for Welcone to Japan. That sky tree will be a comand Base when earthquak will come. Thank you very much your sensibile Film and with respectfull. I understood that. from a Singer in Sumida-ku.
Since yesterday, I watched some of your videos about Iceland and Norway because about month ago I started fascinating about Northern Lights and about Arctic Regions despite I will never go there because I get very sick and very high fever from extreme cold temperatures. Nevertheless, I enjoyed watching your videos due its beyond beautiful nature because I love so much nature that gives Peaceful Mind. Your RU-vid vlogs are amazing with excellent background music! Your RU-vid Channel deserves much more viewers and much more subscribers because it is very educative!
yes, it's possible. We did it as a one day trip and we chose a shorter hike, like the one from the base to the Rainbow Mountain which we featured in this vlog.
What a beautiful video!!! Welcome to our country and I hope you enjoyed your stay. You guys should be hired by our government to make a good promotion video.
This must be during cool Summer season when there is no much snow. During Winter season this is all covered in snow? I will never go there because I don't like cold temperatures but I enjoy watching the video! You both have seen the Northern Lights?
We haven't seen the Northern Lights because we were there during the summer solstice when the sun almost never sets (June 23 - July 2) and it wasn't too cold, more like the spring weather around 60 - 70 F but in the highlands can get colder even during the summer months. And yes, it's all covered in snow during the winter and some of the roads are even closed between the fjords, especially the area and the road to the West Fjords and Isafjordur. We are glad you enjoyed watching our video 😊
7:23 dIt doesn't really matter, but The thing on top of the black building is not dog poop. 😊 It is a replica of the Olympic torch. They wanted to point the flame upwards, but the law didn't allow it.
We are using couple of different camera devices (Nikon Z6, GoPro Hero 10 Black, iphone 15 Pro Max, Drone) and we use Final Cut Pro to process our videos to HDR quality, hope that helps
Thank you for visiting Japan. However, there are now too many foreign tourists in Japan, and it is becoming difficult to maintain good public safety and high quality service. Therefore, I would like the number of foreign tourists allowed in to be limited to 20 million per year, and foreign immigrants, refugees, and workers (excluding international students) to be limited to 1.5% of Japan's total population combined. I think this is the best balance to allow Japanese people and foreigners to enjoy themselves. Many Japanese people are becoming stressed out by the increasing number of foreigners. An unrestricted increase in the number of foreigners in Japan does not fit in with Japan's culture, so most Japanese people would be opposed to increasing immigrants, refugees, and workers at the behest of the West.
Hi, since we travelled so much it would be hard to put it all in one comment but before we made this video we have separate smaller videos which showcase the names of the hotels we stayed at and screenshots from google maps of the time it took to drive from place to place. We recommend watching those videos since they go into more detail about our trip which can more accurately show you the answer to your question. We have a playlist which has all of our Norway videos in it (Norway) which will make it easier to find the exact locations and details you are looking for. Thank you and hope you have a great trip!
This is my favorite channel. I especially like it when you explain everything so nicely. I wish you a lot of success with the channel and safe travels ❤
This's literally the best japan travel vlog ive ever seen .. and believe me when i say ive seen a lot of japaness travels ... keep it up buddy bc its just .. fire🔥
The ferry fee was deducted from our car rental pass. We only bought in advance ferry tickets to Lofoten Islands because it's 3 hours ride and space is limited.
when you go one stop too many on the way to bamboo forest in Kyoto, thinking it was going to stop closer. your not the first and wont be the last. nice vlog team.
sick video brotha I went to Japan recently and I only stayed in Tokyo unfortunately but im hoping in the future I am able to move to Japan and visit some of the other rural places that you went to. keep up the good work!🔥🔥
After visiting Lofoten islands we drove back to Oslo to return the car rental and get on the flight to US next morning, however, we found out the flight was cancelled due to the strike. We called the car rental company and luckily we were able to extend the car rental for 3 more days until the next flight. You can watch our next video "How to spend to 3 days in Norway" what happened and how we tried to made the best of our trip 😀
Hi guyss, I'm from Brazil. Your video is fantastic. I have been once in Norway and visiting Starvanger and Bergen it was pretty cool, also Terolltunga, Preikestolen and Sjerakbolten, this last one was the top of my trip to Norway. I wanto togo back and this time to see some fjords and Lofoten.
I am currently 24 years old and was born in Japan, but due to my parents' work, I lived in four different countries for nine years. As a child, I felt a sense of extraordinary excitement about overseas atmospheres, and Japan felt ordinary and uninteresting to me, so I didn't like it. Therefore, I wanted to leave Japan as soon as possible and work abroad. As a university student, I traveled to 22 countries and then returned to Japan. My conclusion was that there is no country as wonderful as Japan. If you go south, you can snorkel in seas like those in Hawaii; if you go north, you can ski on beautiful powder snow. In spring, there are cherry blossoms, and in autumn, the beautiful fall colors. Japan has delicious food, mountains and rivers, traditions like those in Kyoto, subcultures and futuristic cities like Tokyo, excellent public safety, low cost of living, and warm-hearted people. I have decided to stop thinking about leaving Japan and am now happily living in Tokyo, and I will continue to do so! Let me know when you come to Japan again. This video truly captures the wonderful tourist spots, but there are many more places I'd love to show! Next, I recommend Kyushu and Shikoku. This has become a long message, but I wanted to say that I think this channel will grow significantly.
Thank you very much!! We really appreciate your kind comment and recommendation which places to see. Japan is really a beautiful country with many destinations to explore so we are hoping to be back to explore it more!! 😊
I'm a Japanese living in Niseko ,Hokkaido. Your video was very interesting, and I thought your journey was so extremely hard😮 If you have a chance coming to Japan again, please visit to ski in Hokkaido in the winter 😊
Yes, that is our plan to come back to ski to Hokkaido 😊The skiing in that powder is a dream!! It was our first time in Japan so we wanted to see as much as we could 😀
