Okkkkkk gummy worms 😂. I’m on a watermelon licorice kick 🤦🏽♀️. Ok I will say I think this is a helpful video. I’m older with no thyroid, losing weight consistently is nearly impossible. Right now I’m also gaining stress weight. So I would love to more about the cortisol reducer. Also I would love to get on a live with you. I have fifty leven questions about all the things 🤣 One other quick question. Is there a different ashwaganda that is not a gummy that you can recommend?
I love these quick videos. And I definitely would love a live. I have fibromyalgia and it’s a struggle to remain consistent with my workouts because I get flares. I have cleaned up my diet, but I do indulge from time to time. I need to loose belly fat and slim my thighs and booty🫤 any tips on exercising with fibromyalgia? Thank you
@ Ianna do you take the supplements as directed or do you offer suggestions on how to take the supplements? I believe I am holding onto the cortisol in my abdomen area, which is why I am not 🙈 seeing any results.
Hello. Ashwagandha was studied and found to be effective in daily doses of 500-1000mg. Goli recommends 600mg daily in 2 divided doses. When I KNEW I was under excess stress I would take an extra dose (2 gummies-300mg) however I would not exceed 1000 mg for the day.
@@IannaYvonne thank you for sharing your knowledge. I appreciate you taking the time to answer my question. I will purchase the gummies. Also, I IF 16/8 and strength train. I am seeing some muscle definition. I will keep going. I am doing Weight Watchers for accountability, journaling, weigh-ins part of my journey. Thank you again.
It’s a complicated calculation that uses your gender height and weight to determine the number of calories you burn at rest. If you go to google and simply search BMR calculator a website will come up that does the calculation for you. Thank you for watching !
Hey iyanna may I ask do you work out on vacation. I started the gym a few months ago and anxious about a week from the gym. Also excited for the break. I'm not all inclusive so I wouldn't be overindulgence anyway but for now I'm just thinking of walking daily.
Question.. how do you manage or keep up with the days you ate vs. not on alternate day fasting without forgetting? Alarm on phone? Reminder set for a full year? Or an app?
