Wada wants to prove that Sinner is responsible for his employees. Sinner is their boss and the buck stops with him. Simona Halep was held responsible for contaminated supplements that were given to her. She didn't know they were contaminated. She was given a 4 year ban. That's all I know.
Kyrgios, is thinking, "What if this was me?" They would never believe him and he would've definitely gotten 2 years or more. It is messed up that he got zero days suspension (this is from somome who actually like the guy) He should server few months, just for the fact that the banned substance is found in his body! If his case was weak, then the usual 2 years...which looks like not the case with his excuse
I doubt if his case will be overturned just from a economic standpoint alone. Should it happen perhaps. Will it happen I'd be surprised. Apparently the World Doping Authority is upset that it's findings are being put aside. However, many times decisions come down to politics and money.
