A few months ago, I got into a bad car accident. The car was completely totaled and destroyed with it hitting a guys truck with a bike rack. but... I didn't even get a single scratch, a very minor concussion but not a single scratch, and I now realize it was a gift from god at a second chance.
My dad would sing these songs to me when I was very young, especially after spanking me for something I probably deserved. 60 years later I asked him why he never sang The Master’s Call. My grandpa would always turn the radio up whenever Marty Robbins was on. The same with Willie Nelson and John Denver. I might be young but there are days when I need to listen to good old music like this. On the day of my grandpa's funeral one of my cousins played this song from his truck stereo as we were leaving and it brought back so many happy memories of Grandpa.
I serve the lord because I found his love to be overwhelming along with his mercy .. I should have Died more times than I can count !! But Jesus is the master and let me live .. Thank you GOD !!
While hearing the song, what came to my mind was that the cowboy didn’t realize jesus was with the cattle and he crossed him in the wrong time, only god makes you understand.

i cry everytime i hear this song, it so encapsulates the thoroughness of god's love his capacity for forgiveness and love. And ultimately salvation thru his grace. Everybody have a wonderful day.
