This is the kind of human that I always try to be. Being nice to others goes a long way. Not for any reward, but simply because it’s the right way to treat others as well as yourself.
Absolutely right, words do have power but we should also learn resilience so that we also have power against words that only have the potential to harm. Power works both ways. A kid says to my 5 year old niece, ewwww you have hairy arms. Her reply - yeah, so?! But kindness should always come first
Hey man i noticed youve been distant lately, i just wanted to make sure everything is okay. Things that matter dont change in 30 seconds, and they take less words and more understanding.
Soooo... never critisise anyone? No wonder America is going down the toilet 🤣 You can't call out crime, drug-taking or bad behaviour in case you offend someone! Pathetic! 😂 Maybe teach the kids to be more resilient to criticism? Or perhaps her strategy is to never correct their homework, because it will take more than thirty seconds for them to learn the correct answer? Wow you people are soft, and we're creating a generation even more soft than the last. Good job America!
There's nothing anyone can do to convince me this is not about medications and the food we're eating being literally deadly... Back when I was a kid I knew one person who had dementia one person! I know dozens and dozens now It's like autism You know it has to do with either the medications we're taking or the food we're eating which has been poisoned for the last several decades.. It's the biggest change we've had. It's no good that's for sure.
Also a lot of inventions lead to inspiring people to make more. So without inventions by women there would be lots more then just things invented by women!
only problem i have for this is these kids arent learning to properly critique people. But then again their just kids so they technically dont need to know that yet, but this kind of closes off their brains to change in that kind of department for learning that in the future. But this is a very good way of explaining something. The way she speaks makes me think she has smart kids if she can use those types of words, I wouldnt have known what she was talking about if i were in kindergarten 😂😂 GOOD thing im NOT a teacher.
Well fuxking played by both 1st man :set the scene ,showing inspiration to just have fun and express yourself even when surrounded by strangers BE YOURSELF 2nd man : took that inspiration and BELIEVED IN HIMSELF 1st man ; knew and played his part Stepping aside and letting my man shine
When I was a kid they had the welcome wagon when someone new moved in every brought them something and stopped by to introduce themselves ( and be nosy!😂) but everyone knew everyone!
Low fat diet and statins are no good, my mother eats lox, butter, fatty meats lots and lots of healthy fats she’s 85 and sharp as a tack. Had high cholesterol all her life and refused statins and low fat diet fads. I can’t help but attribute her cognition to her way of eating, btw she’s never been fat.
Stop teaching kids to be victims. Teach the kids how to distinguish between constructive criticism and pure insults. Then teach them to ignore the insults and to analyse the criticisms. Most people are horrible at self assessment so it is important to have honest (but tactful) people around you. This allows personal improvement. For example, if someone has a Mandarin character tatoo it's perfectly fine to ask them what it means. If they say it means "strength" and you know that it actually means "loser", please tell them the truth, even though it will take far more than 30 seconds to fix. For young kids, it could be clothing that doesn't fit properly or talking way too loud. The key is tactful honesty. Note that this only applies to things they can reasonably change.
