Join me as I live life as a contractor, husband, father of 7, and a RU-vidr. Balance is the key but things still get hectic at times. Joy and frustration can happen almost simultaneously and it is always interesting.

Pretty deep, but honest! Love your channel, and your work! Daily watcher now, quick question, are you just a regular Christian, or are you Mormon? Just wondering, I have friends that are Mormon and the way you and your family are, well, just remind me of them... They were the family I never had basically... They weren't rich, but they were in family!
I’m 21 years old and man I needed that conversation about success. Dad isn’t in my life nor is my mother. My siblings and I don’t get along too well anymore. Always thought something was wrong with me. Always thought I needed to do better when in reality I’ve been doing all I can to make this whole life thing work. I own 2 motorcycles a car and am looking to get a house in the next 5 years. Even though I’m in a better place now it’s lonely sometimes. Thanks for the talk Ryan!
im 21 I own a buisness I own a $350,000 house now at 21 and have my own equipment all those people that were cheering for me and congragulating me for my success now they no longer call me or see me or unless they seek for favors of my equipment.
Do you have a time clock for your guys? How do you trust them for how many hours they put in? Do you have them write them down for yourself? So you can. Keep track. Of their hours and if you trust them by telling you, how many hours they put in. You have to be amazing. Trust worthy because they could tell you as many hours as they want to and you will even know it. So how can you keep track of the employer's hours? And I hope some are paid for what they're worse than othere's that. Don't do their share of the work. Or are you? Just good to them all the way around.I can see that and you. Happy days ahead god bless you all
OK, Ryan, that made me nervyes. Wow, you're good. I know it ruined the bottom of your trailer. But look at how awesome it looks in your shed. Sweet job, unbelievable or something else. God bless you good luck on all the new equipment. New shed new furnace.
wow, new fan to the channel and just seeing this one... How sad! Glad to see $61K was raised to help Emily! God's continued grace to everyone still hurting from this two years later.
Beleive it or not the best undercoating you can use on your vehicles is used transmission fluid. Bet s pump spayer and spray it once a year under you vehicle and i garenty it will never rust where its being sprayed .
congrats on your success mate, keeping focus and working hard is they key as you know, 10x harder with children too, particularly to find a balance but you seem to have nailed it
