Love the videos and interaction with different trades but that music with the base drums when you were ploughing the pavements I just love it what’s it called Ryan ?
Thanks for the awesome family clean content Ryan. Myself and my 4yr old son absolutely love your videos. We don't miss a single one on both channels. We've watched them all.. he even says easy money before I leave for work every morning. Thanks again for the great content.
I’ve been watching all your videos for awhile and I love everything you stand for. If I could ask for some prayers. Lost both my parents and now I’m in need of a liver transplant, but I don’t drink. Thank you and and a happy holidays to your family and crew.
Hey Ryan, a good friend of mine had an uncle die when he was backing his tractor out and the shop door came down on him. We’re a small town and we all know each other, we lost a few members from our fire department that day because a lot of guys couldn’t get over seeing such a staple of our community die in such a tragic and preventable way. Please make some sort of brace to prop that door open. It takes one time.
Watching the way Mike carries himself in your videos really has changed me for the better on how to be the best employee possible while also starting my own landscape business. Thankyou for your hard work to create this content ryan, keep it going man. It's gives a lot of people around the world a lesson on life. That's what makes your channel so special.
Hate to say it but I enjoy these video's much more than the traveling you did last year. The day to day tasks are relatable and cathartic, looking forward to the next video as always.
Man Mike seems like such a great dude, those are the guys you take care of and deserving of all the benefit’s you offer Ryan. Keep up the vlog videos I love it! Bring everyone out to New York City, Darryl should fit right in with these psychos lol
Ryan does a lot for Mike as well. Think that's not acknowledged as much. He basically sold his whole lawn care and most of his plowing equipment to mike on the cheap. Good stuff =)
Ryan you are truly a blessing. Thank you for all these videos this week. My work is exceptionally busy around the holidays and to see a new video posted when I get off makes my day. God bless you
I like Mike's attitude. Seems really calm cool and collected. Different seems he would take the shirt off his own back for somebody. Great Cruise making easy money.
Great video as always, I would recommend hanging fire extinguisher signs up above each one so you can easily find them. This is something usually required in commercial spaces. Keep up the great work, looking forward to your winter adventures.
Hello Ryan. The shop is really taking shape. I don't know if someone mentioned it or if you have them already, but you should put some signage above extinguishers so anyone who is there could quickly identify the location.
Really wish I had a person like you to work for. You're a great inspiration to me. And even though j only know you through RU-vid I look up to you alot!! Your videos have helped me get through this past year after losing my grandfather last year
Morning Ryan, i work in a diesel shop, we had a Dayrl, he was Karl. I know your pain. Get a pusher pole for your door, it helps. We push the door up then push the rest of the way with a pile
Ryan, you rock how you buy the lights for Jr., and he is so excited we need more boss like you in the world that takes good care of his employees merry Christmas to you and your family and the victory crew.
I've seen three Milwaukee cordless saws like that do the exact same thing. I'm still corded with circular saws and table saws I don't think the batteries are there yet. Great video man!
It's so awesome how Darryl Jr loves his lights before you know it Ryan is going to have a light on every single vehicle every single piece of machinery and have the whole crew walking around with yellow lights on their head if it was up to Daryl Jr LOL absolutely love it keep up the great work Victory crew, and Ryan you are such an inspiration and good guy your team is lucky to have a leader like you around. Merry Christmas Victory crew and family
Mike seems like a good kid, that you helped get a great foundation under himself, while still benefiting your company as well, two businesses working together can really save each other’s butts, especially with America 2.0 (Biden post Covid) when it takes 4 weeks to get the simplest of repairs made, or order parts to make your own repairs., also great that you can break Mike in to understand your business especially winter season, so you can dip out of town and Mike can handle a unexpected snow fall., and it’s good that Mike will most likely continue to build his side back up and hopefully a niche that will complement your niche.. maybe asphalt???
My uncle had two '87 Grand Nationals back in the day, one black and one silver. Beautiful cars, lots of memories watching him drag race them down in Englishtown when I was a kid.
Come onnnn, you were selling the salter anyway?! Mmmm maybe you were planning on getting the flatbed too. “Hey Darrel run into the truck bed enough so we can make a Darrel the Destroyer video and get a lot of views”. Brilliantly done man.
You should get a big white, dry erase board, and then do a chart on like accidents, missed days, tardy days excuses, poops, tool use, or tool borrow etc. And at the end of the yr. Have a great reward for who comes out the best cuz that will show that person cares for you and the company and well and themselves and fam.... NOW IF I COULD ONLY THINK OF WHAT BUGS WOULD AND COULD USE/DESERVES!!
Morning Ryan, I’ve just brought a small truck from a friend that was moving his landscape business. I would say judging by the dents in it he probably employed a whole handful of Daryls. 😂😂😂
The way you bowl a strike is by throwing a perfect inward curve to the edge of the lane. So judging on Eric's crooked joint lines he could be really good at bowling.
What we sometimes do in scotland is hook all the wires upto a 11pin tow plug and then connect the wires from the saltbox to another plug and then just connect it up easy if your going to take the box off in the summer it's just hooked up rather than spending hours taking the wires out
Nice the family pic. Is the best tool! Great job whoever recommended!! You look at it everymorning and know that's what keeps you going and moving forward!! LOVE ITTT!!!
You know someone's a RU-vidr when they won't let anyone put a single tool in there work box until they get a picture in there first. Like I get if you had it with you or even the next day but we going on a couple weeks now lol
You should tell Darrell to put his family pic, stapled to his forehead so it reminds him not only does he need to grow up and be more reliable, but to be thankful he has you that keeps calm so he can keep destroying ON!!
The other thing that you need to get is a rear driver side fender for the dually but you wouldn't need to if The Destroyer would pay attention to what he's doing.
If you cycle the key on them diesel engines about 4 or 5 times vrs just once the glow plugs will get hotter and its easier on getting them to run on a cold start. It's better on your equipments life span to preheat diesel engines.
Have you ever thought of bringing the guys to Vegas? I have a 36 x 76 garsge/workshop that my wife and i built. The concrete guys out here are thieves. We watch you everyday! Love you and your crew.
Ryan, buying fire extinguishers is a great idea and money well spent. >>>It saved my garage many years ago.....I had purchased a Volkswagon (Older model, prior to the "Bug") for my wife, and as it needed bodywork, I had placed some newspaper in a small box on the floor, underneath the Volks, at the rear, (to be used for paint-job) and one day (Winter) I started it-up to keep the seals from drying-up, and on start-up, it backfired and ignited the newspapers........had I not had a fire extinguisher, I would have lost my garage, the Volks, and my tools. >>>From that day onwards, I have always had them in my home, travel trailer's, and my vehicles....
Ryan idk if you thought of getting a holding tank for off-road diesel for your loaders. Save you a few bucks in the long run. Then run it in your trucks lol That Christmas party lunch has some good food we got there at 11
I’d get a automated garage door or go cheap route & get ya a long pole to push up. I definitely see the destroyer not lifting door high enough & taking it out. Lol
Does Darryl Jr ever spend his own money for things that he wants like lights and etc? He seems to have no problem wanting/spending your money and doesn't even ask.. he just says "I got a light" or " I found lights" and the next thing you know it's up at the register and he's looking at you waiting for you to pull out your wallet
C'mon on! You know he doesn't! He does it cause he knows Ryan can't say no, so he gets away with that stuff. Yes, it's rude and presumptuous on his part but it doesn't seem to bother Ryan.
You shoulda seen the one video when Ryan said he was gonna buy him a light, it was like 150$ and he grabbed like 3 or 4 of them 😂 ryan was like "oh no you dont", whether he has problems or not, hes smart enough to know what hes doing, hes like 30 years old...
@@TooTurntConner yeah, he pushes his luck around a lot! I'm still surprised Ryan stood up to that nonsense! Look, he's got a great boss who pays him to do nothing except be youtube fodder and he still tries to take advantage like he's his kid or something. Actually his kids look better behaved than Jr. Would never happen in the real world. I honestly didn't think he was that old, he seriously has the maturity and mentality of a child sometimes. C'mon man!
It blows my mind how much they both take advantage of Ryan's kindness..They both are so lucky that they get away with everything. Jr does absolutely nothing for the company..they say he's good for morale, but I think the other guys get irratated with both of them..And rightfully so
A pulley on the ceiling and a rope tyed to the bottom of the door would be all that is needed to have a way to secure it to the top after launching it..
eric is a good worker but still young so he is learning how to be responsible!I wish the best for eric and hope he continiues prospering. If u go bowling u need the junior and his dad.
Speaking to the students would be a great idea! The only motivation speakers I remember from school were larger franchises and 9/10 times they never spoke about being self employed.
