All you need to do is do Vincent missions till you have 1 mill buy the agency what includes a garage then do the dr Dre contract and a few cluckin bell raids(Vincent mission) till you have enough for the kosatka submarine around 2.5 mill then do the Cayo perico heist and that’s a great start to gta online also do the dax missions and get the acid lad and a free imani tech car worth 2 mill while you wait for cool downs.

It's funny how the first mission is you stealing a horse and the guy is like, "Come back to sell us horses" and that has still never been put in the game. Even easy QOL editions that they could take from GTAO (editing missions/races) have never been added, they just don't care.
