Yes please give us more ghettos, for the homeless people they want to be homeless and not pay rent one day council will remove the wig to let the blood flow to the Brain 😂# vanlife #homeless needs free public land, rather live with nature as god intended . The whole thing is a tax grab it’s all a big LIE.
The city of Columbus failed us residents on the vote of yes on 296 apartments in our backyard, all for the greed of tax dollars!! The city of Columbus always shoves apartments and other businesses in and then deals with the infrastructure later, which is WRONG. The city should make the greedy developer pay for the infrastructure improvements, not the tax payers. Furthermore, we need the infrastructure improvements now, not 4 years from now in which they are ‘planned not budgeted for in 2028’! Only 1 council member said no to this planned apartment complex. I hope we can vote ALL of them out at the next election.
Why even bother giving us the option to react to the zoning map when you'll refuse to make any changes, adding, removing, or adjusting parcels? Pawning that off to a later phase means throwing these issues away.
Those who work at the front desk of City Hallare either very ignorant, very entitled or very corrupt or all 3, as this video shows== ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-QQhYaCLb28k.html . This was a total disgrace. Enforcing a non-existant policy. No respect for Public Records Law and even worse they sneer at the First and Fourth Amendments ======
The investigation determined that the officer didn’t act in a racist way, but since you’re big mad about his other offenses you’re gonna hit him with a “he’s racist” charge too. 😐 Yeah, that’s not problematic at all. 🤦🏻♂️ Disgraceful.
They’re as bad as dirty cops. “Yeah, I know you stopped right away, but you were really speeding so I’m giving you an eluding charge anyway.” I don’t know why activists would join a board where everything they think, say, or do essentially means nothing.
It’s going to be just like the Bronx I can’t wait it’s like coming come !!!! Graffiti and trash everywhere homeless sleeping in cars in new parking lots DRUGS EVERYWHERE 😆byebye German Village!!!!!!!😢
A serious question for feminists: Are you willing to work in a low-status job usually done by men, such as animal slaughter or trash collection, to further the cause of gender equity in the workplace? If so, why not do so right now? If you are in a field predominantly occupied by women, are you willing to quit and so open a place for a man? It is difficult to walk the talk, but we will not see that shining new world come about unless we as individuals make changes and sacrifices in our lives now.
The director of LSS Choices should be ashamed of herself for the disingenuous pageantry and her organizion for its deplorable discrimination against some victims of domestic violence. Using public funds, Choices has for years unlawfully discriminated against LGBTQ+ and male victims. Before one victim's blood had even finished hitting the ground following a brutal attack and stabbing, Choices, the only DV shelter in Franklin County, was refusing safe shelter and has repeatedly refused to provide any other support or services despite being a recipient of government disbursements.
These people should be mandated to do ride alongs with Columbus Police Officers at least quarterly. They are clueless on what Officers do and deal with daily throughout this city and that is blatantly apparent while watching and listening to them try and speak on something that they have no idea about.
Statistically TRAFFIC TICKETS have never changed any person's driving habits, ever! (Google search police citations vs road safety in your state) Pilfering and extorting incomes from taxpayers for PROFIT expose police as habitually chronic, and volcanically narcissistic criminals who enjoy destroying the lives of community taxpayers while converting them into welfare recipients! FORCED TRAFFIC TICKETS pay Federal road grants at the taxpayer's expense! (Grants are government loans) Tickets never had anything to do with safety, it's all about checking for warrants and hidden taxation! USMC (Semper Fidelis) SGT E-5 (5811)
OMG Strickland! This guy seriously needs to go on some ride-alongs. I don’t think he truly understands how violent people can be - especially if they’re on drugs or drinking. If Strickland had to do the job of a police officer for just ONE day he would be running home, crying like a baby and needing to change his underwear 🩲💩🩲💩🩲💩
Kyle and the new guy keep asking to know when officers are punished based on the board's recommendations. I'm not sure why they want to know that, as it has no impact on the job that they do. Sure, anyone would be curious, but honestly they're just gonna be mad every time they hear that an officer wasn't punished, like in instances where the investigators screwed up the investigations which led to faulty results.
Kyle, buddy... they're trying to explain to you that when people are mad about being arrested, they're probably gonna describe the legal use of force used against them as "stomped" or "blasted" or "smashed" or whatever. The meeting *started off* with the IG talking about the massive amount of absolutely baseless complaints, so much so that they're hiring more staff, and you still don't understand that sometimes people are just full of crap?
I think I've figured it out. Kyle seems to think that *talking* about "doing more for the community" actually *IS* doing more for the community. He has endless suggestions, yet he apparently gained nothing from the use of force tutorial, and he obviously doesn't read all the cases which he requested all board members to get. He keeps on talking about expensive, massive databases and displays for the community and such... has nobody told him that *nobody* goes to their meetings and only .05% of the population of Columbus (at best) cares enough to watch the meetings here? (Tobias, stop encouraging him lol) Every damn meeting is like "I'm talking about wanting to do something, so I'm doing something! Look at me talk about wanting to do things, people!" So glad that I don't live in Columbus :) You can tell that even his fellow board members are tired of his shtick, getting way more work dumped on everyone's shoulders while he seems like the last one to actually take advantage and participate in the actions.
@@RobertBatinayup. It’s pretty entertaining to watch his fellow board members get irritated with him. You know it’s bad when even your fellow lefties think you should shut up 🥴
Kyle: "How do you determine if officers violated the use of force policy?" IG: "We determine if officers violated the use of force policy." It was nice to see him be reminded that they've been taught about use of force, and that he should *read about the cases* if he's gonna hold things up like he does - since he's the main one who was insisting that all members should receive all cases no matter which group reviewed it. The woman didn't even allege that the use of force caused her any injuries. I'm not even sure who he's always putting on these performances for, given that nobody ever goes to those meetings and they're lucky to get 500 views in a city of almost 1,000,000 people. I bet he was a menace as a hall monitor in the 2nd grade.
