I don't know much about Miss Jones but she and her side kick seem very rude and condescending. There's a difference between just joking around with somebody and then just being a complete asshole
“Where Do Broken Hearts Go” is a great pop ballad and should not have been nominated in this category. Urban Contemporary was a shortly lived ambiguous term for Soul or R&B music. I archive music professionally and I use the categories Soul, R&B, and Classic Soul. For example: “Between the Sheets” - Isley Bros (Classic Soul) “Across 110th St” - Bobby Womack (Soul) “Where Do Broken Hearts Go” - Whitney Houston (Pop) “Honey Love” - R. Kelly & Public Announcement (R&B) Classic Soul, aka Old School is typically pre mid 90’s and had crossover appeal. Soul is urban and authentic and a term used pre 90’s. R&B is more commonly used post 80’s and pretty much became “popular” music; eliminating the “crossover” effect. I usually ignore iTunes category format because it can be misleading. I go by date, music type & audience. In the 80’s Whitney didn’t cater to one audience. That’s quite alright in my opinion.
They both are Vocal Beast even up to this day both their voices have matured and seasoned. I love listening to their new music as well. Most generations have 1 but we had 2 Queens👸 at the top of and throughout the 90's
