As a physician, I've spent the past decade helping people turn back the clock and throw away medications using just fitness, nutrition, and supplements. I've even gone so far as to open my own gym and work with my patients every day, tracking important measures like cholesterol and blood pressure. And now I'm taking my work here to RU-vid.

My videos share proven ways to improve your health and prevent unhealthy aging. I'll explain what diets work and what to avoid, and help you make smart decisions about how you spend your time and money to get the most benefit from your efforts to stay healthy.

I started this work because there's too much bad information out there, and it gets confusing what to do. I'll cut through all the noise with real research and stories from my own patient experiences. Stay tuned and I'll make you an expert and give you total control over your health.

People comments that potassium lowered their BP but don’t wanna share what they eat or take. Why be secretive about it?

Lifting heavy waits to improve your bone heal is not an option for a 74-year-old woman who has never been inside a gym. I would like to know what the elderly can to do to slow down or even improve osteoporosis. I would appreciate to hear from anybody with an answer. Thank you.

I am totally confused about calcium intake as a senior women who has osteoporosis because there are tons of doctors on RU-vid who contradict each other on whether you should be taking calcium or not, don’t really know who to believe anymore. I refuse to take any bisphosphonate because they can have very debilitating side effects like bone necrosis besides building inferior bone, so that is out for me. I take vitamin D3, calcium, magnesium and K2, I exercise and eat a healthy diet with the hope that I don’t get worse.

Are you talking about TABLE SALT? Or Celtic and Himilayan salt which also provide the many trace minerals we need? Barbara O'Neill points out that our bodies contain the same elements as sea water. What do you say to that? Please be careful what you recommend because this is not something that can be reverse quickly. I'm 82 and 7 inches loss of height. Please double check your recommendations.

Hello Dr Dave I have been suffering from BP for the past 10 and been low dosage of medication. My average reading was 160/78. I tried all sorts of diet and also Omega but I did not see any change. This kept worrying me. Received, I have changed my diet again and started with oats with dry fruits, quinoa, cranberries and pomegranate. I heard all these are rich in potassium. Now my reading is 125/80. I was so happy now. I guess you are right, potassium really helps. But I wonder, why doctors prescribe potassium supplements?

I’ve been taking magnesium glycinate for over a year.. recently upped my dose to 400 mg in evening to (please!!!) help with disruption of sleep. I have the dreaded 1am or 3am “ let’s think about lots of stuff and go over every song lyric you heard today” issue. Maddening! Would threonate be better for this? I feel the glycinate helps a lot, and I have had some good nights since upping my dose, but it’s still an issue -like last night. Of course, the brain benefits do seem tempting to try-so do you give up one for the other or use both? Also, the expense would be more, for sure. On retirement fixed income is no joke! Thank you for this wonderful video with excellent research. Such a blessing to have this information.

Being doing all the right things including eating cooked tomatoes, tomato paste etc for the last 10 years, psa went from 3 to 9 , prostate volume went from 26 to 51 cc. My experience suggest no natural food will reduce size or psa.

I took a combination of saw palmetto and pumpkin seed oil (320mg and 1000mg) twice per day for 6 months. I also took, and continue to take a one-a-day minimum daily requirement multi vitamin which containes 25mg of zinc and 300mg of lycopene. None of this relieved BPH symptoms or reduced PSA numbers.

I was looking for a video explaining the benefits of MgLT and listened to Dr. Clayton's thoughts. I don't leave many comments on RU-vid, but I had to leave one today! I was blown away by the amount of clear evidence and research for supporting MgLT and the combination of lecture and captions to help me learn along the way. I was so impressed by the content that I subscribed to Dr. Clayton's YT channel. Dr. Clayton, well done, sir! If all your videos are this thorough and you're putting out this kind of beneficial content, you've earned my following indeed! I'm so fired up about taking MgLT and look forward to seeing even better benefits in the next three months (I'm currently 48 and want to keep my brain and neurotransmitters as healthy as possible). Grateful to have found your video today, and God bless!

I’ve been on statin for about 5 years now. My cholesterol was at heart attack level and I only weigh 110 and have literally been a fitness instructor for over 15 years. The statin really messed me up but….. because I already have atherosclerosis of the ascending aorta( heart damage and blockage) I decided to stay on it after 2 episodes where I thought I was have a heart attack! The last one I did get hospitalized and had stress tests done the next day and I was told I was in great shape and doing fine. But then I found I found out I was diabetic and that was 1 thing making me have brain/ memory issues. So I stuck with my diet and 3 years later I got my blood glucose under control naturally without medication and I am still on statin for my cholesterol because apparently it’s genetic and haven’t been able to change it through diet and working out! You just have to do the cost benefit analysis and 4 years into taking statin I can say through diet, exercise and taking my statin& Asprin daily I feel so much better now at 64. I still workout daily for at least an hour which has help my muscles grow and I look pretty darn good 💪 😂
