Why don’t you look for actual distressed properties and show how to get a real deal done. Seems like these videos are constant going after properties that are not deals. Teaching ppl how to waste time.

Bro move to off market, FSBO or be more stern with your agents lol, use a contingency that states Earnest money is due at the end of inspection. If you wanna make money your gonna have to problem solve
@@maxcarpenter4582 I'm not talking about earnest money, agents require you to pay $200 for the 10 day option period that per Jerry is when we find a buyer. But Jerry never mentions that in any of his videos.🤦🏻♂️
