This is an absolute gem of a video. I just got a second hand machine and thought it was defective. Turns out my interpretation of the manual was the problem
Thank you so much for sharing. You have no idea how I appreciate this. I need all the help I can get. I have Janome Four DLG bought it about 7 years ago and never used it cause I didn’t know how to use it ❤
I just found this video and I am so grateful! I wanted to sew a flatlock seam but my Janome manual doesn't mention it. Your explanation of how to do this on my machine saved the day!
Terrific video! I watched a number before I stumbled across this one - definitely the clearest and most straightforward I have seen - answers all the main questions I had
THANKS FOR POSTING THIS VIDEO! This video has saved the use of my serger because I lost the cd manual probably not even a month after I bought the serger…
Yes I agree with Paula Fox. He really speaks so clear n slow that very comfortable to listen too. Thank you so much for this tutorial which I would say the best.
I don't have a computerized machine and I tested out mine and it worked just fine. It's the same type of presser foot I don't know if the brand is the same, bit I got mine from Shein.

I'Ve bought a used Brother XL-5130 (discontinued), the Buttonhole lever part is missing, where can I order the part to repair it? Any advice is appreciated
Once you get the hang of threading it, the overlocker makes everything look so professional. Admit to having watched the video lots of times whilst shouting at my machine at the beginning.
Thank you so much for this video, I've always avoided the overlocker because I could never thread it right. This video has taught me how to and so much more! forever grateful!! :)
This is the most useful video on RU-vid on how to thread the overlocker. I got a new machine and got horrified to see that the right lower looper thread came out and this is the one which is harder to thread any others.... I had to learn!! It took me over an hour but I now think I can overcome absolutely anything in my life! Bring it on!!! THANK YOU TYSEW!!
