The reason its Xbox "One", is because of what Sheldon says next - "I can control my whole entertainment system with voice commands". Microsoft wanted the X-one to be where you play games, listen to music, and watch TV/movies, the one stop shop for all your entertainment needs. Didn't work out but it was a nifty idea.
Ive watched the show so many times and while i do like all the characters, i dont fault Bernadette for controlling money in her relationship or Penny feeling frustrated with Leanard. Howard behaves like a child and doesnt show her much respect at all, whines and complains instead of communicating, and expects her to do almost everything at home. When they first moved in together, he didnt wven discuss it with her and just expected her to mother him. Hes also spend hundreds of dollars on purchases without talking to his wife who earned that money. If i were Bernadette, id be worried about coming home one day and learning all the money was gone. I wouldnt trust or respect someone whose supposed to be my equal and my partner putting me in that position and expecting me to be okay or happy. And in this Ep, Penny was trying to have a conversation and communicate and instead of reciprocating, Leanord lashed out by pushing his insecurities onto Penny. She wasnt trying to be controlling, she wanted to talk about her insecurity of the financial imbalance and he immediatly called her controlling bc he didnt like what he was hearing. And he does it constantly. Its manipulative and emotionally abusive in a real world relationship for one person to push all their insecurities on their partner any time they want to communicate. I dont respect either Howard or Leanord bc i dont believe they actually respect their partners anyways Edit: all of this more or less boils down to needing to do more in order to be respected. They put in very little and expect too much. Its not fair and unworthy of their partners respect, in my mind.
You know what I actually agree with you 💯 but it’s becomes Bernie and Penny is fault for not leaving them. I just have problem with people in general being in a relationship and at the same time disrespecting their partners that’s all.
I think it's normal to change hair styles I just don't think the pixy cut looks good on the actress playing Penny. Maybe if it was styled differently, it would be cuter. It also just doesn't match Penny's character in my mind
I know it's part of his character but good Lord Sheldon was completely insufferable in that first episode and when he popped the cork in the second one I wanted to punch him in the face
Dr.Lorvis is one of my favorite guest characters cuz he was effortlessly creepy and awkward like the guys were at the beginning of the show and it was so funny. And that basement is GOALS
Amy had no right 2 interfere in her career. Not her call 2 make & not her business. It could have opened up a lot of opportunities 4 Bernadette & help further her career
I really liked Howard's idea for the first pitch. Granted, he didn't think it through, but still. Should have started the rover a bit closer to home plate.

I love this ep and the insight we get into Dean. I loved him since he first appeared, but his character could have been very one-dimensional. We have all seen the snarky, womanizing anti-hero. Then here we see all his walls go down to help Lucas. We see how much his mom's death still haunts him. Sam has a lot more opportunities to show his emotions, even though he is emotionally repressed too.
The Impala is absolutely a main character. I live this episode, but my one thing is how much Sam stresses it has to be me, like Dean doesn't have a million secrets about people's deaths. I doubt they talk over every case and clearly Mary isn't picky on your involvement. So many are surprised his eyes bleed, but it seems obvious to me.
@@Jax_Reacts it is so good. I only fell more in love as I got to know characters. I am so defensive of Dean. He is my guy. I will try to go easy on you if you ever disagree with him. He is too good a character to be perfect all the time. 😉
This episode was their first test of trying real comedy on the show, not just one-liners. Jensen did so good. He loves any episode he gets to play against expectations on Dean. He is so tough, so the idea thst something as normal as flying scares him this much it is very interesting. I always loved Metallica, but after this ep it became the main music i listen to on flights. That and Jensen's music.

This is just my opinion... but you just passed the weakest episode in the first five seasons. It's ok. But even the lesser episodes are better than this one. Just wanted you to know that. Def all uphill from here. You'll get your socks blown off pretty soon.
Love this show so much! I'm also encouraging others to tune in as well. You're in for one heck of a ride my friend. So. Cal girl here and love the channel. Dean really is my favorite since 1x03 "Dead in The Water." I love Sam too but Dean was always my favorite. Still is. Keep up the amazing work. :)
Ok but Voyager had one of the funniest gd scenes in all of Star Trek. When The Doctor sings opera & changes the lyrics for Tuvok. Funniest 2 minutes in the whole universe🤭
