I think one of the most wonderful things Moses did after speaking with God was to go tell his Wife what happened, because after the greatest thing that ever happened to you you want to go tell your loved ones first.
2:33 Man, I feel like the makers of this part did a pretty good job at illustrating what it’s like to be in Gods presence. Though NOTHING can ever perfectly describe His presence, just watching this reminded me of when I first encountered Gods presence in a dream. It’s such an overwhelming and compelling feeling. He fills in every void within you and His love is so embracing. He IS love! He is what our soul is longing for! I too thought that God would want nothing to do with me & after attempting to come to Him, He welcomed me with such open arms! God truly is the same, yesterday today and forever! [Hebrews 13:8] It’s amazing how Moses begins afraid and unfamiliar with God, but later on down the line, He encourages the Israelites to not be afraid of God and goes back to the mountain to meet God “face to face” after they escaped Egypt. They became so close! That’s why having a relationship with God is so important! And that’s what I was told in that dream, to “Build a relationship with God”. Going to church is one thing, but actually knowing the Creator is completely different. It’s one thing to know ABOUT God and it’s a totally different thing to know Him. You get to recognize His voice and walk in the plans He set out for you before your birth. It’s just so amazing! I can’t wait to see Him in person someday. We should get to know God for ourselves! No one can ever perfectly serve God to us on a plate. Try Him for yourself. He has so much in store for you and purpose. Your life is not an accident [Psalm 139:13] Jeremiah 29:11-13🤍✨
The universe moves in one and zero, Truth and falsehood, clear as the glow. But mankind twisted light to blind, Spreading new knowledge to confound the mind. They called it science, born of facts, Yet who forged the path these minds retract? They deny God, yet mock with His tools, Lurking in grace, but making fools. Bound to the world in logic's snare, Empty hands grasping for false flair. The light they claimed, now turns to night, Inverted truth steals their sight. But through Christ, the true light shines, Redeeming hearts, breaking binds. From empty hands, He brings the seed, To sow in grace, fulfilling need. A garden grows where lies once stood, A harvest rich in all that's good. No more deception, no more fight- Only Jesus, full of grace and light.
Remember....God only has 1/One pure born child...Yeshua.... We...the decendants of Adam...are Yahweh's Step-Children... WE(mankind) are filthy rags next to Yeshua's pure white fabrics... Why He puts up with us and our antics is His PURE GRACE
Im not religious in any way shape or form. However, i love this movie and being able to hear Val Kilmer using a full range from softness to a thunderclap is just wonderful. An absolute beautiful piece of cinema.
This movie makes me wish. DreamWorks would reopen their hand drawn animation department, and make another movie just like Prince of Egypt, but for the Nativity, about the Virgin Mary and the birth of Christ. To watch around Christmas.
Literally, everything about this scene is amazing. The music at every moment compliments the emotions and gravity of the scene, and the dialog and animation i feel do real justice to the awe, amazement, and absolute terror of being in the presence of God. The tear dripping down Moses face while he's ghasping for air gets me every time, like it's too much for the heart and mind to comprehend.
“You do not turn Your ears nor Your eyes from the needy, the orphaned, the widow and the oppressed. for He is near to those crushed in spirit and a Father to the fatherless.”
WHAT IF The burning bush was when a tree with its bark containing DMT caught fire and Moses happened to inhale the smoke and have an experience with God. Don't actually believe this just a thought

Removal of the sandals: 1) because one is standing on sacred ground; 2) because anciently, the feet and feet covering represented one's own understanding. Once God intercedes, once he reveals Himself, one is no longer standing on old understanding ("under-standing"), but new. Wondrous.
