Adam what the fluff bro!!!!! You need to make more content on the b5 s4. The Audi/vw guys we all need you and you’re hurting us by not making more content. I get it you’re a busy guy and have a lot of work to get done. You need to invest in a better camera, hire an assistant to get stuff done that you don’t have time for. Please get back on these videos. I’m from nyc and I’ve watched your videos all of your videos. 5 years ago I had my first 2000 s4, and I watch your videos on the xspower kit. Most of my pipes are from xspower and my turbos I went with the jhm rs6 which is very similar to the xspower turbos that were in your video. My car got stolen 2 years ago and I lost my mind. The economy took sh1t and these s4’s out nowhere doubled in price. I had to work really hard to get my second s4 and it was a complete hack job of a car. I spent hours and hours on reading and watching videos and talking to different people and my car is still not complete. People like me and people who are in worse situations have no one to turn to, while these cars fade away. We need you bro.
I didnt have the best of luck with 034 and the stage 3 fueling/tune packaged for my c5 a6 2.7t. the fuel pump in the package ment for the same car i have, elsewhere on the website, the fuel pump alone says it didnt fit my car, so it didnt make sense that it was in their package for my specific car. I sent it back and then took them 9 months to send the correct pump. Trying now on the injectors and hoping what was included on injector wise, fits, but so far im not expecting it as how everything hhas gone down so far.
Hi Adam, I love your videos! The content of your videos is full of real world hands on mechanical content and second to none! Thank You! I just bought a 2005 Allroad with a blown automatic trans. I’ll be doing a manual swap to it soon. I made up the pvc rubber connector and block off plate with regulator to check for boost leaks. I’ll check back with you later as this progresses. Keep the content coming! Thanks! G.
Another idiot! TDC of the crankshaft is set / fixed through the hole on the left on the cylinder block, under the exhaust manifold. The mark on the damper pulley is not used to accurately set the timing. If there are problems with the crankshaft sprocket key, the mark on the pulley will be wrong! Do not disgrace yourself and delete all shitvideo with the allegedly correct "timing setting" !!!
Easier to just mount the slave cylinder on the trans and disconnect the line. Reconnect line after engine/trans install then bleed it. I've done many clutches and or installs.
Quick question, I have a 1999 Audi A4 1.8t Quattro... my plan is to do a automatic to standard transmission swap. Would the standard transmission fit with out any major modifications?
Man your back you inspired me i got a 2003 Audi A4 B6 tip fwd swapping in a vr6 3.2 R30 o1E 6spd wide first gear b6 rear differential. I watched all your videos i was going to do a 4.2 timing belt v8 but i had a had time finding parts for the engine and some of the parts are expensive hence the vr6 3.2
My 2011 A4 MT is having problems. Misfires, oil leak, turbo underboost. The car is "incredibly" fun... when it works. I'm about to pick up a daily driver to get me through. I could go sell it to a dealership now, or keep it... I'm trying to figure out what it's going to take.
Hello Adam. I have an 2001 Audi A4 b5. I’m planning of lowering my A4 to stock S4 height. What parts do I need to replace from an S4..I know the main parts are the struts and springs. Do I need to replace any suspension parts like lower or upper control arms or knuckle?
