I’m 77 and had solid big toes like they had no joints. I added TART CHERRY 🍒 to my supplement stack and after about a year my big toes were less rigid and now I work them to show off the flexibility and also added Hydrolonic acid to add lubricant to all my joints.

These must be useful tips. But the material world is unified (consistent), e.g. there is no difference between natural and artificial vitamins. If there were any useful active ingredients in these foods, the pharmaceutical industry would have extracted them long ago, analysed their chemical structure and produced them artificially as medicines. Since there is no cure for, for example, dementia, these foods do not help much.
Insulin resistance and gut health is key . Remove all the junk food . Minimum carbs /sugers . Doctors said I’ll be on drugs for life , been of them for 4 years gout free !
What about all the POISONS including Roundup right before harvesting wheat & oats, etc, & neurotoxins that farmers are putting on our foods right before harvest? What good is it to eat all this if our food is FULL of poison? O wonder younger & younger people get colon cancer, & no wonder we have all these diseases!
Nonsense! Utter, unadulterated nonsense. People with healthiest lifestyles, unfortunately, succumb to dementia and Alzheimer's, and there are those with atrocious habits without any deterioration.
My Aunt was 94 this year and until around three months ago , she was so sharp, that you would never believe, She always did and still does eat a very healthy diet, even the dark chocolate, but the doctors believe she may have had a stroke, during the night a few months ago, her body was not affected but her memory was, it's unbelievable how that has affected the whole family, yet she remembers so many other things that happened a while ago, .
I took ACD & turmeric separately, I'll combine them for best result, I've been suffering body aches and I want them to be gone. Thanks for sharing this video.
I took ACV before bed and I lack sleep because I needed to use the restroom. My belly felt bloated the next day. Thus, I changed it to drinking it before lunch and dinner. It works well so far.
I recently read, in one of these A-I podcasts, that drinking black tea & honey, together, is an unhealthy combining of foods.(I’m unsure if other teas are included in their warning). Also, an admonition not to eat onions along with honey. Eat separately is the admonition. The same source claimed eating radishes(washed & chopped up, & including the skin)with honey, is a synergistic, good combination! The same with mixing cinnamon & honey(healthy food combo).Dr. Gary Null extols the virtues of eating honey & opines that manuka honey is best for health. Dr. Chaffee & some other carnivore diet medical researchers/nutritionists advocate for the no use of honey, claiming that honey is a bee waste product, & that when ingested, breaks down to sucrose, fructose, & glucose, which can lead to high blood glucose(Hyperinsulemia) over time & insulin-resistance. They say that no carbs are necessary for a healthy human diet. This info needs further examination, I believe, to nail down the specific truths, of what foods should & shouldn’t be eaten, & in what combinations! I almost forgot to add that, according to the same podcast, that eating persimmons with honey is bad, & the same with drinking persimmons tea with honey.
I forgot to add, the same A-I podcast claimed that cilantro, chlorella, & walnuts are healthy choices for removing/ diminishing mercury (other heavy metals?)toxins from the body. The veracity of this needs researching, I’m sure.

To Larry Draper:You need to slow down, organize your thoughts & maybe revisit what you think you have learned, so you can recount the info more accurately, either orally or written. Doing so, will demonstrate to yourself & others, that you fully understand the concept(s) you are attempting to convey. Currently, your comment is indicative of someone who has a rambling, incomplete understanding of said subject matter. If you reread your comment, I believe you will realize the incomprehensibility of your writing. Rewrite it, & straighten the mess out, for yourself. This exercise will reestablish & improve upon what you already know. The next time said subject comes up, you will have much better command!
Thanks for the great tips, but I already eat this way. Had blueberries for breakfast and am having eggs for lunch. Am thinking of planting blueberry plants in my garden, will save some money! My late beloved mother grew up on old Cape Cod and told me in the 1950s when I was a kid that "Fish is brain food"! Just make sure it's "Wild caught" and NOT "farmed"! Hard to live by the sea and not love seafood! So, I love tuna, flounder, cod, halibut, trout, and salmon! As well as shellfish like lobster, oysters and shrimp! I haven't eaten swordfish in years because of the high mercury content. My late father in law had Alzheimers and went from being a highly cognitive being and a successful dentist to being a very confused individual! Once caught him peeing out the front door of our home because he thought it was the bathroom, sad! smdh Am, also "nuts about nuts"! I was a fitness trainer in the 1990s and got certified in nutrition so I don't need to check with my doctor. Conventional doctors only get around 35 hours of nutrition in medical school and don't know as much as some people give them credit for! "The gut is the root of all disease" and "Let medicine be thy food and food thy medicine"...Hippocrates in ancient Greece who also recommended apple cider vinegar drinks!! To your good health! ♥♥♥
