What sets this video far apart from the other videos discussing (gout), is the fact that you went far beyond the obvious factors that (trigger) an attack. You explained how various factors can unknowingly trigger an attack, such as medication, stress, (other) chronic illnesses, dehydration, obesity etc. I came away with a wider range of knowledge, and now I’m in a better position to manage future flair-ups. You have a new subscriber. Thank you very much for sharing this valuable information, and I am looking forward to viewing more of your content.

The info on low fat dairy is outdated, no need worry about cholesterol and gaining weight from whole fat dairy,, it is a good source of C15 fat needed, the cholesterol instead comes from highly processed foods ,seed oils , vegetable oils , Sugars and high fructose corn syrups ❤❤❤❤❤❤
infact ,most of the things here ,is outdated! In general fruit ,veggy ,dairy ,meat ,is ok ,but every individual has their own problems ,,know yourself and act accordingly to create yr healthy lifestyle .
All foods ok but not bananas they increases high uric acid as personal experienced and doctors now advise as most fruits also cause high uric acids with high fructose except berries that also should be consumed in a limit.
