THAT goal against Darlo at the Chipboard Arena (2:45) was simply incredible. If Ronaldo or Messi had scored it we'd never had heard the last of it. I'm so glad I was there to see it. I only wish we had a striker with a quarter of the ability of Eifion, or Joel Porter or Boydy in todays squad.
I remember all these but especially that last one. I was standing behind the goal in a direct line and it was coming towards me like a missile.... thankfully stopped by the back of the net!.
