Wow! You have one of the strongest hits I've ever seen with incense, Simon. Do you feel speed in your shots? It's like you're hitting faster than your opponent.
Speed is essential to hitting hard. Velocity is a much more important nber than mass when you calculate impact force. Thanks for watching me fight!! I think you would enjoy that rest of channel
Dude I didn’t see anyone get whomped with an axe and black out for a sec. Only thing close to that was at :19 sec but it looked more like a slam to the ground, not an axe to the bare head.
At 36 far left look for the overhand strike by the guy in white. I am going down in the pile so you cant see my helmet come off. There is a better video on my page showing more.
I would love to get into Buhurt, fight in full armor with a two handed axe. It would be amazing. When I'm free from nursing school, I hope to join the Blood Eagles of Phoenix and begin training.
Mine is about 4.5 lbs. The vast majority of medieval axes, even two handed ones were no heavier than about 10lbs. The tree felling as in a hardware store are about 7lbs. Speed in related to power. Successful fighters in my sport strength train at the gym and in armor. It's hard to say how strong someone has to be. I can say the stronger you are, the better you use them. The beginner stats here might be a good baseline strengthlevel.com/strength-standards/male/lb
This 100% has potential to grow to a large scale viewing base. Right now is seems to be like UFC in very early days. I hope it can get some sponsorship and investment to polish up a promotion. Seems like M1 is doing that in Russia. I will be watching closely... 👏 👏 👏
Thanks for watching! No this is "buhurt" use Facebook or google and look for "armored combat" or "buhurt" in your area ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-QdEcKjVI6GY.htmlsi=39lpxiI_ho0Y5Xy8
Wholly crap a longswords duel where there is actually historical technique instead of people just flailing their swords around really well done by both fighters
Look that the dude are playing “Dark Souls” of life real kk This and nerdness retro, nerdness of time kk And violent more than Ufc and fither ilegal in same time no and kk
My one and only dream is to actually become a Buhuet fighter in full, beautiful armor, together with the Iron Wolves of Denmark, and then HOPEFULLY, one day meet Simon.
That stance look really good at blocking all kinds of attacks, and he seemed really confident with his skills! Do you think the opponent could win if he focused his attacks on his left foot? I don't think that stance protects his foot well enough
The foot isn’t a legal strike area, but the leg is an option! Generating decent leverage to get a good enough hit for a point would be difficult, however. At around 1:08 he goes for a low shot, but all the opponent has to do is drop haft to block. Could’ve been punished from above as well.
Often low attacks leave too much undefended to be worth it. It only takes a quick step back to avoid many leg strikes, and doing so let's you generate a powerful downwards strike at the same time. Any time someone goes for the leg too early in longsword it often ends with a sore shoulder!
Wow, the baiting moves combined with the flexibility of the handle and finished off with the halberd head are really smooth. Thanks for your Video Simon ♥️
Weebs: Dipshits that can't grasp the difference between the weapons and armor of the two different cultures and could not last 10 seconds doing reenactment of either.
