That spots been ruined. Always loaded with people and I see people loading coolers full of illegal fish. Someone will come pickup the cooler and switch it with a new one and they fill that one. I’ve had multiple confrontations with people telling them to put them back or I’d call Dec.

@gambit_fishing1013
@gambit_fishing1013 Год назад
There’s plenty of big fish in that lake but in the last 30 years it has been pounded with tourneys, boat traffic and they have been cutting the grass and dumping herbicide in the lake. The biggest fish in the lake don’t get big because they are dumb. They don’t move around as much as the small fish but more stay put and wait for the opportunity for an easy meal. Last year we hooked into and last some big fish in that lake. Right time of year there are some 6 and 7lbers without a doubt. That fish you caught will probably be 5.5 in the late fall
@noodlenerd2
@noodlenerd2 Год назад
@@gambit_fishing1013 I can’t even imagine catching a 6/7 out of toga 😂 It seems like its been way too pressured these past couple of years as uve said. But that fish I caught def had the length to be a 5+. Might have to bring out the big swimbaits like you do and target some of these brutes

@@shawnfalk5955 you don’t have to post but a 7lb largemouth in NY is a trophy class fish. For 99% of the anglers it’s a once and a lifetime catch. I figure a catch like that would be shared 🤷🏻‍♂️
