I had the same tool, i do heavy equipment repair and this tool is sick, i can plug any machine, had a troubleshooting section, online support is great. No other brands can do this 😎

Obviously you didn’t watch the video. As a former snap on dealer, I can tell you it arrived in a cardboard box too.

When it arrived to the distributor, it was in a cardboard box. The case was in a cardboard box just as the Mac unit is.

Would you also be able to still scan cars like a honda civic if needed?

@gradyrooks5846, scan and get a code. But beyond that you need an automotive scanner for bi-directional controls and live data. This tool is set up for the big stuff
