Got same problem. But my vsett 10+ premium wont even start anymore starting screen is black to. My battery was fully charged only drove it for like 8-10 min
turn the big nut with a spanner wrench and tighten that spring up by giving you some pre-load, the old one wasn't broke it was not screwed on the threads at all

Those scooters are a nightmare. Not in a good way either. They still have the Yellow/Red button nightmare buttons Too many screws No split rim for tire changes Worst of all, is that it's more than likely Chinese manufactured, which means no servicing.
Too bad for you. For us. We got LOCAL SHOPS that SELLS one which is a GOOD AFTERSALES. Who gives a shit about WEBSITE ASS COMPANY WARRANTY or REPLACEMENT. When you got an AWESOME Costumer - Shop - Production. AFTERSALES SERVICES. Its the Best Scooter I must say. Just Hating the FACT that It came from CHINA and no parts to spare for repair? 🤣😂 a shame.
Hi mate feel for you with that scrape glad you OK I had a minor scrape with mine only had my burn e2 a few months and scraped the back and the thing ain't even undercoated it peels off like paper or is this the way it's meant to be like it's had no undercoat no primer just powder coated ?
I had mine for one day (yesterday 07/05/2023) and the front motor isn't working. First ride today (07/06/2023) and the front motor stop working. Same issue!
