Aftermarket suspension was nice… however it gave the scooter a downgrade of ground clearance… I’m going back to factory… I will be updating you guys with other accessories as they come in the mail
Hello escooter brother :) i have Vsett 10+ with original suspension but my friend has upgraded his Vsett 10+... he had same problem as you but then he combined exa 291 shocks with original Vsett 10+ springs and now works great... stay healthy and many safe miles 🍀🍀🍀
Hey dude... saw in the comments below that you got the 550lb spring on your coilover. The 1500-2000lb range works best. You can find them on Ebay. Ordered mine from there and had them in my hands in about 1 week. Ginger on Wheels says to go with 2000lb spring if you're gonna do a lot of off-roading. I am mainly road riding so I went with 1500lb.
stock suspension is 127mm, aftermarket is 125mm.. if you think scooter sits to low, use offsett bushings to compensate 2mm lose (1mm+1mm/top and bottom), but imo your problem is spring tension, so buy 1500lbs front and it would be ok, or just remove spring from old suspension and add to new. What about disk brakes, yes stock is 145mm because of stock zoom brakes, if your scooter have Nutt brakes its 140mm
Yooo bro… it’s been a minute man I can’t wait until the weather breaks… it’s been good… I ride it to work everyday almost… I’m just doing to minor upgrades
@@brotherlyelectric3969 yeah I have it's not that good the shock keeps losing air in the negative air chamber. And now it's leaking oil around the seal. I'm getting a hydraulic coil. It's way more reliable.
