44:22 Tit for tat in terms of retaliation isn’t GTO, since minor retaliations can often end up costing you more than damage initially taken, and can also lead to the worse of the two possible equilibriums. Thomas Schelling brought this up way back during the Cold War. I think the book is called Strategy of Conflict. It’s GTO to essentially run an RNG whenever someone inflicts minor damage, and retaliate in a grossly disproportionate manner some small percentage of the time.

What Tomoyo did at the final table is absolutely cheating in Nevada and extremely unethical. Imagine the cheating those 3 parasites do online. Runnijg it twice out of position only in the hopes of getting an extra chip on a chop is grimy and pathetic. But it's not adding much to your win rate. Think about how often someone like this is actually all in out of position.Then think about of those times how many are chops. Then of those its gonna be 50/50 on whether or not there actually is an edtra trip. In a 100/100 game it's probably worth like 10 bucks an hour.

Any capped spot. Sometimes videos go into.. Ex: Everyone xx to river any position, most runouts, and you can overbet big. Ax boards are sometimes an exception
Hope this gets some traction- I've been saying this for a while. Used to be head of fraud and collusion department for iPoker, and when I left RTA had solved HU and short stack/ limited position games, ie twisters/ spin & gos. That was nearly 5 years ago, so inevitable the whole poker ecology is becoming infected.
He’s talking about live play lol. 25-50 Live is like 50NL these days. Online there is no “pattern recognition” or “I feel he’s weak or strong here”. He’s from a time where they used psychology to gain an edge in there games. He would get ate alive in a rush or blitz setting online or even any Reg 500NL lobby without a basic understanding of GTO principles and “fundamentals”. Gto also isn’t about being a “robot”. Everybody who uses Gto knows you cannot 100% play it to a T. But guess what? Some of the best in the world play extremely Close to it. Just like a GM in chess knows 100s If not 1000s of openings and positions in chess. In Gto, it’s the same thing. You know 1000s of spots and what your range and a solver wants to do in alot of spots. It gets way deeper then that. But, the point is, phil might have all these bracelets and final table finishes, but at the end of the day he wouldn’t last online. He’s made his way in poker in a live setting and that’s fine. However, his ego doesn’t allow him to admit he can’t hang with the best in the world. I would love to see him play heads up or 6max with Linus love red baron berri sweet Doug Polk and all the other Gto kings. It wouldn’t even be close.
solving RTA shoudn't be too difficult. it seems to me like the way chess does it. you measure your own presolved databases and if someone is playing too close to GTO, you investigate and take action if necessary. not even the best chess players can play perfectly. poker, especially with the time limit for decisions, and the complexity with the vast number of nodes, players should NOT be playing close to GTO. now, ofc a player can deviate intentionally, maybe slowing down the time it takes to detect (but they should account for intentional deviations too when detecting)
(I will never read a reply) Don't play anywhere for real money. Every site has the same algorithm now. They are only legally required to shuffle the deck randomly once. After that shuffle, they can literally just give you any cards they want to. They are never tested for dealing, flop, turn, river. And they all have their legal quarters in 'Isle of Mann', which is basically a pirates haven for corrupt businesses. Jungleman is not your friend. He's sponsored and will say what he needs to say to receive his millions of dollars in sponsorship money.
It’s important to have the structure vary a bit every round, and have a fair number of mandatory prop bets that can randomly get inserted. If you just run a steady structure game with each player anteing 2.5bb, there will be solves for it in no time flat.

Covid destroyed poker rooms. Most places didn't want to be up to code and the delays while poker rooms were being renovated with safeguards people did not want to come there or they stopped coming. Then other people found other places to play underground games. Was very surprised my old hometown casino never reopened.
Eric, please save Seneca Niagara Poker Room in Niagara Falls, NY. Great location, great people. It shutdown during Covid and never reopened. Would make so many people happy.

Until it is regulated by the gaming commission online poker will never be what it could be... they have the opportunity to do something huge if they can just get it right
