UPDATE: Even though the clerk of court said the hearing would not go forward tomorrow, I'm told it's still on the docket and not officially canceled yet but there is a chance it'll be continued.

More like an emergency custody case and a barging was made to go thru some type of mental evaluation.. wouldn't get my hopes up..
