Thank you for this video! I have the identical FoodSaver model and I can't find my manual so I did not know how to use the attachment to seal jars. I also purchased the extra lid sealer tops and wondered how I would attach the tubing to the sealer, so you answered my question beautifully! 😊 I wish you would do more food preservation videos as I I would certainly subscribe to your channel if you did. You seem very knowledgeable and I love you presentation style, as well as your great tips. ❤️
My wife and I watched 7 other videos' before watching this one. We both enjoyed your video the most! Great information and presentation! Loved your manner, and knowledge of the information you shared. A professional could not have done any better. Thank you!

Shopify had a lot of fees that didn’t make it worth it for us to keep using it so you can email us at thesensorylife@gmail.com to place your order. Please choose between Universal worksheets or SPED worksheets as well as you binder color preference. When we receive your order we will send a link for payment through Venmo and you’ll receive an email when your item has shipped. We currently have a 48 hour turn around for all binder orders ☺️
Freezing powdered sugar is the easiest way to store it. If you have the room you can put the bags straight from the store in your freezer for up 2 years. I would write the date on the bag so you know how long it’s been there
Many thanks for helping me to help my family...long term! You give practical, no-nonsense advice and instructions. Thanks for taking the time to account for the mistakes we will all likely be making the first few times around. It will be helpful to know what to look out for so that we don't waste expensive mylar bags, etc. Best wishes to you and yours!!
Lol never thought the bag sealer that’s on the machine could be used for jars as well ..hum who knew …The people who read the booklet that comes with it ,that’s who ,lol thank you good info .
I’m curious. When vacuum sealing your sugar, isn’t that the same as adding a oxygen absorber (thus making the sugar hard)? It is my understanding that just adding sugar to jars and then adding rings and lids and closing tightly works perfectly. 😊❤
You should do a 1 year update to this video. 👍 I've made quite a few changes to my preps since I started (small and slowly) in 2011. I picked up a minuteman rocket stove, along with a couple Dutch ovens and metal tripod to hold it over a fire a few years back. I also have some written recipe's specific to the Dutch ovens (among our regular written recipes). I've got other things up my sleeve but just keeping it pertaining to the video.
It’s on the AZ dept of educations website, click ESA then go to the new 2023-2024 handbook. It’s on page 23/108 pages if you’re scrolling otherwise it’s printed as page 16. www.azed.gov/sites/default/files/2023/04/ESA%202023-24%20Parent%20Handbook%20v3.pdf
Large used food grade containers can be purchased from stores that have wine, beer and distillery supplies. They sell new things also, I like 30 litre or 8 gallon pails with the hammer close gaskets lids. Buy a plastic lid wrench at the same time.
