When I was young, I traveled to bridal shows for my mom's jewelry business, meeting with brides and talking about their vision for their big day. A few years later I went to college for marketing which led me to a successful career in project management. Then in 2017 the love of my life proposed, starting my own wedding planning journey. None of the free templates or tools online did my planning justice, so I designed my own. I found myself giving advice and guidance to fellow brides...for FUN. And then it hit me. I can share this knowledge with other brides...professionally! Now, I am a wedding planner who wants nothing more than to share all my tips and advice with others. I think Hailey should continue under her another name I would never suggest anyone to buy Jayla contour gowns who could feel right about taking anyone's name. But you can tell she's not all there money hungry Jayla, Hailey you keep going do you your gowns and you I think your amazing.
I think JLM are a bunch of evil people and if you are under their control get out quick. You have to be a real low life to get control of someone's social media accounts. I hope they go down in flames in the near future. Nobody deserves this kind of treatment. What about our awful justice system, and that is downing down hill fast too?
So what the heck? She has to sit back and take a kick in the ass and never work at what she loves to do? Take away her livelihood? Some laws suck... she should be allowed to use another name and continue on by herself? Is that why Randy and that over priced Italian designer appear to be stuck and not work elsewhere? Hi Julia, my bridesmaid dresses are ice blue from Birdy gray, mostly white flowers bouquets with eucalyptus, gold mirror welcome and seating sign, guys suits will be either navy blue or medium gray. This a barn venue wedding, plz share color palette for that would complement each other, thanks 🥰
My fiancé is struggling to narrow his list of friends he wants to invite. He thinks I’m being unreasonable. It feels like it’s his high school reunion. I’m an introvert so I only have 2 friends, I had friend betrayals in 2020 so I don’t have a lot left. • 4 of his friends he wants to invite their parents. Obvious to cut out the parents right? I don’t know them nor do we see them. They wouldn’t know anybody at the wedding. They’re not an integral part in our relationship. • He wants to invite his professor from college, and professor’s wife. They wouldn’t know anybody at the wedding. His professor was integral in college, but not in our relationship. • He’s inviting 2 of his brother’s friends and 2 of their kids whom I don’t know, solely for ‘security’ because one is a cop?? • 10 friends he’s inviting whom he hasn’t spoken to in a while, but wants to invite them because they’re his childhood friends. They haven’t been an integral part of our relationship.
Back to wearing white at the wedding for brides (5:00), wearing white isn't as traditonal as you think it was. Back in 1840 when Queen Victoria was marrying to Prince Albert, she wore white to her wedding and, her being a popular fashion icon at the time, everyone would wear white as follow of the social trend. The times before then, everyone would wear whatever best dress/outfit they had. The most expensive article of clothing they MIGHT have would be anything in PURPLE considering that was a rare color dye back and not easy to come by, unless if it's from the shell of murex shellfish. And even then, it was hard to dye the color and it would be very smelly... (and there was no such thing as deoderant or other good smelly chemical that we have today, back then) and also it was a color of holiness because it was worn by priests and royalty because they could afford it. So, no. You don't have to wear white as your dress if you don't want to (and now, you have an excuse to tell if anyone comes at you for not wanting to) and you can dress however your heart and soul goes for. I agree with you, ethically, the accounts on social media, shouldn't ever be anything but the property of the person. JLM is ethically a real piece of work. They have long since recouped their investment. I won't purchase anything JLM now or in the future. There is nothing to stop JLM from continuing to be unethical in every phase of the industry. Don't trust JLM.
My daughter wants me to be her Bridesmaid. And her MIL is her matron of honor. I feel disrespected. I'd rather just be the MOB. What do you think? I don't think that anyone should talk about this issue........kind of aggressive/passive behavior, all she has to do is change her name...............she can still design and sell her designs, she shouldn't get down on herself. She should find another place, country, and change her name!
Love the channel. I am glad there are planners that focus on realistic weddings for the average person rather than the 1 percent. Much more challenging to plan a wedding on a realistic budget.

She started those personal account. JLM couture shouldn't be able to "own" someone's name after they no longer work for them. I would never buy from them, I would discourage anyone from buying from them. They are without a doubt one of the worst companies I've ever come upon. They should be sued and bankrupted.
When I saw HP's struggles, I reached out to my law firm because this is unprecedented IP litigation. Especially the recent order in JLM's favor. Super bummed, too, as a fan of HP's dresses and soul.

Hi Julia my youngest g est Daughter will be married in November of 2022 I and on the outs with the groom and his family. His mother is trying to ban me from attending one can she ban the parents of the bride we weren't involved in any of the reception planning and many in my family have food allergies or are vegan vegetation I'm not even allowed to help my daughter get ready on her wedding day. I've been extremely upset about this for the past 9 months we are in the last months 3 to be exact I'm really upset.
When I first seen the title and start of this video, I was going to jump on you. Now I say good for you, I didn’t know this information and I’m glad I do for when I find a dress. Her name should stay her name, her designs should be her designs. And that company will lose customers because they are tearing her. Preach!!!!
