Not surprised one bit that it's broke down already. These vehicles were considered junk, that's why the Army got rid of them. They were in such bad shape that they didn't qualify for the Foreign Military Sales Program. CODE P: Of no value except except for its material content.
Just picked up a B2 as my first ever project car. Glad I found this channel. Already went through and did some of the initial interior cutting based on your other video. Yours was in decent shape for the year! Mine unfortunately was kept outside and used as a hunting vehicle so floor pans all need to be replaced as well as a ton of other rust. I will check out some of your other videos.
Sorry dude, I literally just now saw that you posted this video...9 months ago. You're channel has seemingly disappeared. Honestly, I'm unsubscribing as I'm posting this comment. Sorry not sorry.
I just purchased the 2300 Sniper for my 1976 Ford 2.8 two barrel intake installed in my Sunbeam Alpine. The base of the sniper is much larger (width and length) than the stock bolt pattern. Is there an adapter available to mate the two together? DanR
If you had never looked it would probably lasted a lifetime lol , I’m like you though once I see it I can’t leave it but I’ve seen guys drive these rusty floored floors forever , just call it weight reduction 😂
Not sure if you'll get the notification for this but worth a shot. How is the volumn after the exhaust upgrade? I removed the spark arrestor completely for a while as at the time it was the poor man's exhaust mod. Sounded good but performance was noticeably worse and after riding for hours it was way too loud even while wearing helmets the whole time.
Very helpfull. I'm about to redo my F 150 2008. I will do my rocker pannel, floor pan and swap bed. My SEM pannel adhesive are shipped. Can wait to get to work. Thank you for this video.
How's it going, Josh? Haven't seen you for a while. Poke your head into Watch JR Go so we can at least see you. Nice to see another old neighbour there recently, too. Hope the build is going well. Cheers from Perth, Western Australia.
Don't sand the paint yourself unless you wear an N95 respirator with a full-body hazmat suit. The paint dust is carcinogenic. Also, the reason it has so many paint layers under the light is because that's where they stencil the truck/unit number with spray paint.
A easy upgrade for 2 wheel drive Rangers. If you want to run a 15 inch wheel all you have to do is find a 4 wheel drive Ranger and use the wheels. 4 wheel drives came stock with 15 inch wheels.
Can they still be welded in though? It sounded metal when u set in on the ground only reason I'm asking is I just recently picked up a 88 ford ranger and I got to weld new floors and cab mounts because I only got one cab mount technically holding the cab on so I'm kinda fabricating new mounts but before I do that I gotta get my floors in and I'm welding everything and seen these floor pans a good bit thanks in advanced
