Great job at making a complex dish look easy! It looks awesome, and I hope Flatcap didn't eat too much and get a bellyache, because I probably would. Thanks for another recipe, with easy to follow, but direct directions. Catching crayfish is fun, and you and Flatcap should try it. I like to think I'm an expert at catching all things out of the water even when I'm probably not. Taking the meat out is a different story, but I'm glad to see you using lots of protein. Thanks again for sharing some more of your hard earned knowledge, and have a great day!
@wheelchairhillbilly Thank you so very much for your input. One thing I like doing is shucking oysters 🦪 for flat cap. I need to try doing oysters Rockefeller. I love seafood, the fresher the better!
@LadyFireKitchen Yes indeed Mrs Fire. If it comes from the water, I like it, and nothing more rewarding than gathering your own food. I would definitely try that recipe as well, and look forward to seeing it. Thanks, and have a great day.
Hey Lady Fire, I missed your live show today, but I just watched it and it was awesome! I love crayfish, but they're not easy to find here in Toronto. I'm gonna try to make your recipe though, my mouth is watering just thinking about it. Thanks for sharing, Jim from Canada
@@JimmyJ26 Thanks for watching. You can substitute for any protein you prefer. I had to go to seafood store to find it. 🍤, chicken, or sausage. Have an awesome weekend!!!
Hey Lady Fire, I watched the live presentation today and it was wonderful. It made me so hungry that I had to go and make myself something to eat. It wasn't nearly as nice as what you made, though. Have a wonderful week, take care, and as always, thanks for sharing. Cheers, Jim
Thank you for sharing this French Classic😊 Chickpeas would be an interesting addition. it is hard to say what chickpeas taste like, but they definitely will add a difference of texture to the dish. Looking forward to the next one😊
@@LadyFireKitchen about the same but you did your chicken way better way way better, we just put the chicken portions in the sauce raw and cook in oven,
@@catdadpiper3745 you can do it without the mushrooms 🍄. I love them, I actually drink mushrooms coffee. Now to me olives 🫒 not a fan of them. But if well distributed I can handle it.
@@Lurker_Troy2016 It was great! The boys came over for dinner, I made chicken parmigiana with my homemade sauce and garlic bread. It was all gone! Thank goodness I made extras!!!
Good Evening 😊 Thanks For The Process and Ingredients 👍🏼 Appreciate You Sharing 👏🏼 Looks Delicious 😋 Yummy For The Tummy 💯 Have a Wonderful Day & Greetings From South Africa 🇿🇦
Thank you Lady Fire😊 Enjoyed the video😊 I’m braising some beef short ribs today😊 you have a unique dispenser of your broth. Would be interested to hear some about it if you use it again. Be Well😊
I bought that a while back in Marshals, it’s design caught my attention because the hole in the bottom is very handy while making pancakes. It also helps not to splatter the broth on you and you can squeeze the handle and stop at your will.
@@paterlehnert3929 I just found it in Amazon but it is pricey there $24.00 was the must affordable one. It is called pancake batter dispenser. I suggest to try Walmart because I didn’t pay that much for it.
