For me personally, S9+/Note 9 and S10+/Note 10+ was peak Samsung. My personal favorite device I've ever used was the Note 10+. Note 9 is in the top 3 though. Last Samsung device that had everything. I used it from 2019-2020, among some horrible experiences in the pandemic, so I hold some weird attachment to it. Sadly, I received an update in Nov 2020 from T-Mobile that basically ruined my device. Since then, I have swore off carrier devices.
So true. I'm having similar problems. It's actually putting me off samsung. I've been a die hard samsung fan for years but I'm thinking of changing to a different make 😞
Love my note 20 ultra. Had it for 4 years now. I've heard Samsung discontinued software updates for the note 20 ultra. If so, I'm considering upgrading to the S24 ultra.
Why the hell doesn't all this expensive watches have a freaking player in the watch so you can listen to stored music. How hard can it be. I had hell putting some music in the watch very frustrating. It could be so much easier. I have cheap Chinese watches that you can listen to music through the watch or phone that you can toggle and choose. Ohealth doesn't have a choise where you can transfer music and store them just sick. I don't use Spotify I want my own music and a player. How hard can it be to do something for you to choose if you want to listen via watch or phone. Nobody talks about this no one. I bet people havent figured it out yet.
Thank you so much, i am getting this phone soon, I appreciate your simple review, I don't care about android updates (as long as it's android 12 upwards), i am not a clicking link type of person or too curious type of person, so I am not big on security patches, I know security patches might be over now, but I don't really care about that, as long as it's 12 gb of ram, have standard camera quality and memory card expansion, I am good, and I am a huge fan of huge phones as well, I need this phone cause I am a musical artiste and professional driver (trucker), so I can take many photos while I drive to different places and want to shoot a quick music video, thanks for the video, it really convinced me 👍
Would love to see a video on the best features to get the most out of your fold or the best apps you've come across for the z fold/any fold. Like uplayer , mx player, samsung internet browser app with video assistant turned on to make any video or movie full screen regardless of the website, Facebook, Twitter/X, hbo max, amazon prime video ,Netflix ect. Anyways, good video as always 👍🏼 .
I used to have the S9 and I loved the Iris scanner on it, if Samsung brings it back with future phones they need to build it inside the punch hole camera 💯.
I’m a current iPhone user after trying for years to get back into Samsung but I just couldn’t do it due to the ecosystem Apple has but nonetheless some of the things you said here Vernon is exactly how I feel. The smoothness is fine with me I haven’t experienced that issue when I had the S23 Ultra for the very little time I had it last year. The punch hole camera is fine with me and charging speeds are alright with me, but the other things you mentioned especially the S-Pen being cheap in hand is a huge issue. They need to fix all these issues now AI is the last thing I’m thinking about too and their presentation is very lackluster when unboxing it. I’m sorry they resorted to giving us a mid presentation but when cost cutting is all their thinking about that’s what they’ll do especially when they have zero competition here. Thing is about the competition part is they will adjust to what the consumer has been asking when Apple does what they have been asking for for years, if Apple decided to bring the microSD Card slot to the iPhone for example, Samsung would bend the knee and follow their lead lol they are copycats not pioneers as they once referred to themselves as. Same with their foldables, as soon as Apple puts out a fold that will most likely be better than the Galaxy fold they will step up their game because Google and OnePlus aren’t moving the needle for them to put out a better fold. It’s a shame but that’s how Samsung operates. Anyways good video man just subbed to the channel and I look forward to checking out more of your videos
I am already using S23 Ultra as my daily driver, but I still keep my Note 20 Ultra. It still keeps up with the S23 Ultra even if it does no have that AI feature. It still rocks! I limited the phone to max charging to 80 percent only so the battery still lasts a day.
What a beautiful watch! I have a similar issue with my Samsung Gear Fit2 Pro, which is a fitness-oriented watch from 2017. Samsung has decided to EOL them, with some people starting to report that they cannot sync them anymore. It's such a shame, as I have really loved this model, in part because of its slim, curved design and also for its seamless band design. I have a Watch3 that I like, but I prefer something like the Fit2 for sports use. Fortunately, there are lots of good replacement options e.g. Huawei Watch Fit, various fit bands from Xiaomi and Huawei. I think it comes down to this: a rectangular watch with consistent HR/ECG measurement, and preferably with SPO2 and NFC pay option. Functionally, I don't get why round watches are predominant among smartwatches -- round is for rotary hands. Info screens need rectangles.
Thanx for your thorough review brother. I use my phone the same way as you do. No games, serving on the internet, reading bible, biblestudy, listening gospel and praise & worship. I have had several One Plus phones and now own a Oppo Find X3 neo and in the process of finding a new phone. I live in The Netherlands and the price difference between the OP12 and the S24 ultra is about €220 more expensive, but getting two more years of support resulting in a higher resale value when selling for instance after 4 or 5 years. Which smartphone would you advice? God bless, Jan
Im still using my note 10 plus im not upgrading to any of the new ultras i love the speaker and battery life it's still a good phone and wide angle is super good i love it
I was thrilled to see a video pop up on an older Galaxy Note 9, hec, any Note was interesting. . I fell in love with when I first saw the Note 4, my best friend had bought one and It was.amazing to me all the cool things it did. The stylus was cool! Next thing I know I'm getting a Note 5, then Note 8, and now picked up a refurbed n amazing Note 20 Ultra for $250. . I like it more than my S22 Ultra. I do wish my Note 20U had the features of the 9 with the iris sensor etc. Over the years Samsung has taken away so many amazing features. I enjoy your vids.!
@ladyjedi3D I only have the Note 4 and the Note 10+. I've done a lot of videos on the Note 20 Ultra and Note 10+. I don't have the Note 1, 2, 3, 5, 7 or the Note 8
to me the best android version is 12. both note 9 and note10 plus unsupported with security updates anymore but on note 9 just download any antivirus and vpn.
was gonna buy 512gb amazon renewed for 300usd but i have to hold off cause i want something with 5g. maybe another note20u cause my note20u starting to show burn ins
My favorite Samsung all time is the S10 Plus and right behind it would be the S23 Ultra. The 8 Gen 2 is the modern Snapdragon 855. Great power, great battery life, good chip for cameras, great for gaming, just good for everything. The S10 Plus has the sd card slot, headphone jack, and that awesome switching aperture camera.
Always loved the Note line. I skipped the Note 5 for the Nexus 6P and skipped the 9 for the S10. Never wanted an S phone. I currently roll with the S23U. Nice video!
Highly appreciated review 🎉 I'm tired of looking for a 7-inch phone in the US.. They simply will never make it available and it's beyond me why they wouldnt !! It's a daily struggle for us men with big hands to text & handle a screen only 3 inches wide !!! 😢 Oh well, I'll have to buy from China again.. Thanks for the great review !! And THX for the Bible Studies !! Great Stuff. God Bless
I was really sorry LG stopped producing phones!!😞 I love their sound quality!! Have been using LG phones since (2008) All the reviews of the cameras though, I don't get,😳🤔I'm not a photographer, I wish they focused more on their hidden features!!🧐
