@@srikanth0282 Practically I never faced distance issue. Theoritically it is infinte as current remains same in series formed by power source, AI I/O channel and transmitter.
Feed forward control systems, which are in existence since last 50 years are based on prediction or foreseeing the possible error that could creep in. The best example is 3-Element Boiler Drum Level Control system. In this case, steam flow, feed water flow and drum level are measured and two PID controllers are used. During load changes, steam flow varies which with certain delay impacts drum level. The steam flow is used as feed forward correction and feed water control valve is manipulated to ensure drum level remains undisturbed. In Paper making process where multiple parameters are to be measured and used to control paper quality parameters, mathematical models are built (in DCS) which ensure optimized production. These models also use historical data to update themselves. A control valve (with it's position feed back to DCS) which over a period of time can get sluggish can also be compensated for it's slow performance. All that I discussed here were available in ABB DCS which works in conjunction with ABB 1190 Accuray Smart Platform. I was trained on these systems in 1992 in Columbus, Ohio, USA. In 90s we also learnt fuzzy logic. Even the so called IoT was available in 90s but with a different name.
@@rameshmulumoodi1549 does it learn from past 6 months performance? From What was the behaviour ?AI models perform better and better from the past behaviour. The 3 element control system you mentioned. It works on present status of the process, it predicts all the disturbance presently available and act accordingly. But AI model has all the learning of past behaviour. So it knows what going to happen, and to act accordingly. Hope you get what I want to say.

@@anaglokesh7511 its rectifier with capacitor not charging circuit. As inverter has to deliver frequency from min to max so it need near pure DC from rectifier.
@@bbarot124 keep a vehicle in your control whose weight you know, for example you car or tractor or any other vehicle under your control. And keep weighing that vehicle frequently I.e. daily, weekly monthly. This way you basically checking it's calibration against standard weight. Any deviation may indicate some kind of manipulation.

@@dineshdiwani sorry my question is spell mistake.what will happen PID and Final control element If PV fails. Whether PID Will go IMAN mode and AO will hold the Last good Value or AO will go to fail safe position?
@@palanisamy7137 you can hold last value AI (PV) or you can program PID module to be fail safe go to max or min output on account of PV fails. Holding last value of PV is good idea that way you process will bot disturb.
One byte for one programming instruction.. also add future requirement Memory is decided by length of program of no of drives, PID, AI etc. Based on calculation, memory can freezed
