Lekker boys. We go once a year for two weeks. And you get spells where fishing sucks. But always manage to scratch a few fish. But it is an awesome place. 2 months and it is my turn. Our spot is on the water, a long longdavel 4the from the eastern side houses.

Was hoping you guys would go to nature's valley again but mazeppa is also a place I always wished to fish someday. It all depends on the conditions and structure. I always use paddle tails and try to cast as far as possible however there are times where I cast 15 to 25 and still able to get nice size jewfish.
There are some massive fish at Thrift. Some of the bigger fish chaff right through 7 X leaders Get your selves float tubes. My friend and i spent 3 days at Thrift and caught 58 fish and got chewed off by a few fish using 7X leader. The fish are super big, fat, wild and very Healthy, nice.
