That looks like a ton of fun. You all have a great crew of people. You have some epic hooksets and nice kayaks. Looking forward to seeing a few more of your trips.
Gidday to the lads and lady, I soooo enjoyed this vid, it is so well filmed and put together. Absolutely love Nature's Valley, just down the road from Port Elizabeth, my home town. I so enjoy your collective senses of humour and your constant banter, but just under the surface lurks the steely passion of the dedicated fisherman! It is an irresistible combination and it will keep me coming back and back to your channel. God bless, Dave
Hi Dave, geez what a comment to receive, thanks for your support and taking time to write to us, so glad you enjoyed it and that there are people that can appreciate the time put into these edits! And you really do sum up our teams attitude towards fishing its so accurate, at the end of the day we fish because we enjoy it and so it should be and we try to showcase that on our channel as best as possible! Like you say, deep down there will always be that drive to put in the hours to get a serious fish! Next time we come to the Valley we should get in contact! Kind Reagards.
@@maddogsandfishermen2198 Thank you so much for the personal response, Much appreciated! While I was watching your vid, I had a deep sense of longing to visit the entire Garden Route, starting at Storms River and ending at Mossel Bay - it is so beautiful! My problem is this, I live in Auckland, New Zealand and have done so for the last 25 years. Having said that, my mum still lives in Johannesburg with my sister and I am waiting to get my vaccination here so that I am able to return to SA, hopefully around May. I'd consider it an honour if I could swing past your home town and take you all out for lunch. God bless, Dave
Hi guys, we're going to Nature's Valley next week and was hoping you could help me. Where are nice spots, I've never been there, but I want to see if I can go out for one or two days for fishing. O and what would you recommend I do, bait, plastic lures, or anything else...?
Howzit bru. It all depends on what you are keen for. Want to scratch the rocks? you can stop at the café and there are a bunch of gullies to try you can even throw some plastics there but your chances if getting stuck are quite high. the beach is also no ta bad bet right next to the rocks and if you not scared of a walk you can always walk to salt river and gooi a few spoons for shad or something. Let us know if you manage to land something.
@@maddogsandfishermen2198 Thanks, I’m going to Nature’s in about a week and want to try to get some crackers since I haven’t really targeted them in the past.
Hi Saltwater Addict. Firstly, thank you for taking the time out of your day to watch our video. I ask that you please don't judge us by one comment, on one video, but by how we have carried ourselves over the course of our 30 odd RU-vid video career. If you want to talk more about this, please feel free to send us an email. Thank you and Keep it Real.
