I recon it could do with some custom extraction ducting built into the table, might as well make the most of the funky geometry that 3d printing offers after all! Nice build though I enjoyed the watch

I tried to purchase plans for this. Followed the link and set up an account but went to a music download site. There’s no way to log into my account on your website. Trued again this time went to a different site. Have you been hacked?

I found that a plain old eraser that comes on end of a pencil will clean that gunk off those sharpening stones relatively quickly

Interesting to see wood and plastic combined. I can't say I don't like it. Excellent work actually.

I see the runners and slides go beyond the drawer. Is there a set amount extended that it needs to be?

This time you’ve taught me something new. I learned something that I hadn’t paid attention to before that you’ve demonstrated quite well. The Dovetail splines! Now, Where’s my chisels and router?!?

Yeah yhat sh its gonna crack in half. I get its easier to work with now that y ou have a lighter screw with more surface area, but id trust some cheap wood over plastic that can delaminate. Buy maybe im just being pesimistic

Just use heat to soften an epoxy. In you case you could heat the rod (bolt) before screw it in

This is so stupid 😂 It shows nothing! 😂 Just because something works on a tiny scale like this… ( which he was struggling with) doesn’t mean it will work on 50tonnes blocks 😂

One little tip for 3d printed threads is put a very light coat of silicone grease on them. It helps a ton when it comes to print on print contact. Makes it less "grainy" and turns smoother

Not sure how that would work on such a massive scale but it's one of the more plausible theories.

Will there be plans for this if I can print most of the saw? Because it does seem to be a fun project and maybe even cheaper than building it with wood haha
