But overall good things came out of it, like the abolition of feudalism. The song revolution worked, because russian peasantry are dumb af, illiterates... didn't understand the language lol, and lyrically the language is even more complex to understand in folk song context... If you couldn't speak russian, you were impressed. My parents sent me to a russian kindergarten so that I would learn to speak russian and have better opportunities in life. Soviets plan was to gradually russify the occupied nations. You were too little to remember what it was like in soviet union. I grew up in soviet union, i remember it well. And half of what you are saying is bullshit.
