What an absolute load of rubbish. The PIP assessment is governed under FRENCH LAW! So, if you get a dodgy assessment where the assessor (Who is paid to score you as low as possible) stitches you up, you would have to go to FRANCE to begin legal proceedings against the assessor. You are assessed by someone who takes zero liability for the assessment you are given.
I agree i was assessed just recently and i am sure that the people who finalise a claim are not medically trained, because i found out that none of the people who people who claim forms hold no certificates to say they are fully trained on medical issues, i know this because ,i took the DWP to court and won my case, because Atos at that time lied and everyone who worked for Atos were being paid to send people who were not fit for work back to work, they were getting about £600 for each person they had sent back to work. Pip is just as bad i was told i should try for it, which is what i did and they did not mention anything about my on going illnesses and the constant pain i am in every day, and they did not consider this at all,. what i would tell anyone one on benefits if you believe that the department you are applying for benefit and you think they are wrong in their decision making go to the citizen advise Beuro and talk to them. The government in this country don't give a damn about anyone except themselves, as long as they can buy what ever they want and they are comfortable they do not care if and all those that are suffering or struggling on a day to day. its is about time time the government started to ensure that the elderly and those that are struggling or even those that are homeless, why not not use some of the buildings that have been standing empty for so long, because the government have never done enough for the shops and small businesses, people need to look around the towns, Cities or any place you live, to see what a complete mess the country is in.
