I moved out from my toxic mothers home (i was paying rent and bills) I prayed for an escape and got it with hard work. For three years she has begged, guilt trip me into moving back with her because she is getting old and don’t financially plan right and needs help with rent and me to sign on a mortgage for a new house. I agreed to sign a mortgage for her and am moving back to help her knowing that I could potentially loose my mind. Please someone out there pray for me. As I think I made a really big mistake to move back to help her with her bills and sign my name on a mortgage. Pray for me

In post soviet countries like Lithuania and Russia alcoholism, severe domestic violence often ending with homicides and suicides is usual. Police just doesn't care and ignore physical child abuse. This leads to serious mental diseases, is worst cases to schizophrenia.

Crazy thing is that they are so incapable of understanding the fact that how they raised me determined who I became as a person. I once told my father in a fit of rage that I wish I was never borne to parents like you and he replied that he wishes I was never borne to them as their child. That hurt so much, still does. Like how do you not understand it wasn't me who made who I am (someone dealing with anxiety and trauma).

My mom literally rants and raves. She says me and my sisters wouldnt be where we are if it wasnt for her. Not true. The only thing she did was bring me into ths world.

I was in a state of probably mild depression a couple of years ago. I felt so ashamed of being born into a middle class family and I felt like I didn’t deserve the love I received, and I felt like I owed my parents at least a thank you if not more. So one day I tried to sincerely tell my dad that “I am so grateful for everything you do for me, and I hope I could repay you one-” my dad stopped me before I was done, and told me “you owe us nothing. What we give you is not something you repay to us. It’s an investment, a big one at that, and one we expect to be paid in kind to your children, if you choose to have any. If not, then we want you to invest our effort in yourself and the people around you. If you make this world a better place in whatever way you can, we are happy.”

@@gustavakerman2566 That's such a sweet story. Thank you for sharing! Loving parents expect nothing back from their children, and they never see their efforts as part of something that they're owed. They feel lucky for having the opportunity to raise their children. It's wonderful that you get to experience that kind of love.

I support you. As a young woman that might be the optimal decision. Military life takes you physically out of the civilian setting & force you to toughen up quickly, also money and reputation and skillset is good. A few years later you leave & come back to civilian life & reintegrate before the army trauma becomes part of your subconscious 😂

Im willing to concede that there are poor parents if youre willing to concede that many of these adult children are isolating from their parents for reasons you never would. Not all reasons are equal. So where do we draw the line? Do we say it's ok if our parents voted for the wrong candidate? Do we isolate when a parent doesnt care for our horrible partners? Is it ok to isolate because they dont want to pay your bills? And i think one day your children will ditch you and guess where they'll go... to their grandparents home. Because when we are young we fail to look at the foolish person in the mirror. Its not your parents its not the world... its you! That's what the simulation is all about. Its about coming to the conclusion that its the man or woman in the mirror

Parents yes they are things to learn and teach control to right from wrong not that means you do have to be firm you do have to be controlling but you have to be loving and understanding you have to that's called tough love all the stupid text to speech app I keep fighting with it it only lets you do so much

In the imagined is a psychological state it's a mental state that you're thinking in when you think of something that thought creates what we call an emotional content to that thought that emotional feeling you feel with that thought is not even real it's not there it's only there in that thought if you take that thought away that emotional feeling goes away but it's already hurt you in a mental state where you have to ignore the rest of the echo behind it and if you do it goes away fast and you can move on with your life it comes back up every now and then but you just ignore it you know what it is you know what it is who cares what other people think you know and you know how to take care of it you got to pay attention to your own thoughts. That who you are that doesn't matter right now will be the State of mind of the person that you become whether you be a Christian or Satanist or just somebody that lives out in the woods and wants to be left alone and believes in what they would call neutral termsit's the values that you keep in your mind and how strongly you feel about them values on a on a level that creates that emotional feeling in the stronger that value the more emotional feeling you feel that really is just in your mind that is not you. That's just the character swagger some a version of you that's very very small that you are so much more of. That's everyone doesn't matter whether you're a child or not. You have to come to terms with what you are I don't know if my mental state can handle it but I'm a guy and some guys are perverted a little bit if I had a chance to be a beautiful woman for some reason they don't have that sensual in this to him anymore that sensual this is that sensual in this is like witchcraft that's what that's what takes that guy and turns him into your bitch. Some girls are naturally sensual in this are used to be they don't mean to and they won't steer you wrong but the other ones they will take your soul from you and tear it in three different pieces after they have bells above eat it and crap it out three times and then set it on fire and do it all over again. girls do it more I think girls are more vindictive than guys are like they want they if they want to hurt you they're going to try and do it as as as as hard as they can girls if I had a choice of a guy and a girl standing there and one being more MercyMe mercifulness to my child then me I'll try and pick that one but depending on the type of guy and if there was a girl who'd have to depend on her type to there are some very rare ones out there I wish I could find one like that but anyways thank you so much to talk about I'm a person that likes to talk about things I'll talk about religion you won't see me getting mad knowledge is power and if you ain't learning something you are growing less knowledgeable each day

I feel so dead to you. There's an old ass movie and it came out that's the the that phrase came from that movie it didn't come from an actual real encounter not at first I'm sure people use it afterwards but it's an old movie I wish I could remember the name it's it's it's it's it's an old movie like you ever seen those really horrible old b flick movies like they used to play at Cinemax kind of those really old ones that you can run on cassette tape that old. Loving your parents your parents loving you that comes from respect from people you can't love anybody if you don't respect them in the first place because it makes you disgusted with them. Second the first thing you have to do is come to terms with what you are you got to know what you are ! Don't worry about who you are because at this point it does not matter! You could never be who you're going to be no matter how many times that who you may be changes good to bad who knows but it always changes a little bit by a little bit that will mean absolutely nothing if you can't come to terms with what you are! who you are and what you are completely two different things one is in the real physical world the material plane we live in where there's not fantasy no make-believe! To a thought process that's taken in our minds when we interpret things the information that is given to our mind goes from a physical realm in our physical brain to a conscious subconscious state of our sentences of our self-awareness this is our thinking area are empty space of thought and conjuring dreams and magical creatures and all the creations that we could ever think of to be imagined. And I really mean imagine!
@ljsmooth69
@ljsmooth69 11 дней назад
That sacrificing aspect of it there's only one way to interpret that when you hear it and it's always the negative part like what she's expressing her when she's talking about it the lady in the video but there's another side to it where that is take that emotion out it's just a statement because that's what it is. I am an honorable person I'd like to think so and I'm not going to candy coat things for people I'm not going to tell them something that's beating around the bush to try and save their feelings because that might make a misinterpretation and then I'm the one to blame for that because I made it possible to be misinterpreted in the first place. So I'm going to tell him as it is and what it is and if they have questions I will answer them. If they don't know they don't know and the only dumb question you could ever not ask is the one that isn't asked!
@ljsmooth69
@ljsmooth69 11 дней назад
This lady looks nice and I'm sure she thinks she's right but she's absolutely wrong you owe your parents what your parents owe you what you owe everybody is what everybody owes you and that's respect. So this lady is absolutely wrong I'm sorry she does not know what she's talking about beautiful beautiful girl though I mean she is a good cylindrical shaped face that's too sad I like to wear glasses look on her too but it's just wrong I just proved it right there tell me I'm wrong everyone knows everyone respect even if you don't like them even if you hate them even if it's you the one you hate you owe yourself respect as well if you can't respect yourself you can't respect anything. So yes those children of ours do you owe us a single thing just like we owe them a single thing. Some people will say. Wait a minute? How did they are excuse me how do you only owe them one thing being a parent? that one thing is love enough respect for you to teach you right from wrong to give you the things that you need to grow big and strong so you don't die because you can't take care of yourself to give you the knowledge and the proper steps and methods in thinking about different things cuz it's not all the same step people this is where people get it wrong that good stuff and there's a lot involved in it but there's more than just that people ain't seen the whole view because their brain is not processing the data properly so that way they can't recognize what it is supposed to be obsessed with us. You have options that people learn by when they're young do you know what they are when it comes to authority and to being respectful and to learning not to overstep the boundaries that shouldn't be overstepped between two people? I bet you a hundred bucks this lady can quote me what they are and I also bet you a hundred bucks she'll miss exactly the point of why I'm bringing it up. I bet you if I talked to her a little bit and if I was able to explain it in a way to where it'd be more comprehensible for her like everybody has a certain way you can talk to him that they're more comprehensible about one way or the other even though it's the same topic same category same everything just a it's the way the of the thinking mind if you can think in a pattern that they can thinking they'll be able to understand it better to be able to access the nature of it to come up with the correct analogy of what their mind just interpreted comprehensible capabilities people you can be 10,000 times smarter than any person that's ever lived but if you have no comprehensible capabilities that means absolutely nothing!

I could have been someonr but then they won't let me do something i truly want and noe it's too late, they just blame me for being nothing? Like hell if they give me chance. Don't talk about support i just need to be encourage but then too many fucked up parents witht their fucked up ways and because you're child you depending on them and some of parents are narc they will manipulate you to depend on them until it's too late and you have no experience whatsoever. Life is over. I justw wanted it to end. God will provide. No God is not then why they're making bunch of kids they can't afford. It's recipe for on going poverty in my country but then it's systemically unbeatable unless i can get out but i can't. Some people do have chance but then they need money to begin with. Gosh

Forgive me, your opening is quite mixed. Yes, I agree with you about horrible parents who are toxic, and then there are parents who are pure and beyond loving, never ask for anything and always support you even if they don't understand. But, yes, if they guilt trip you they are awful.

I feel like crying while watching this video. You highlighted the exact issues that I have been facing for months. It's difficult to balance everything as an adult let alone being fearful and anxious due to your parents. If any parent is reading this please behave like a team player to your kids, who is supportive and plays along till the end of the game. Don't behave like fans who are emotional nor like an empire who is judgmental.

This is too far. I’ve seen too many parents silenced by the narcissism of their children too. Of course we owe our parents something. But you need to find that balance. I was raised with a single mom after my father died very young and it messes up our lives. So I have always felt a deep sense of responsibility towards my mother but you are right the emotional hooks go deep and as a result I’ve developed acute sense of anxiety and insecurity.
