Riders in the EDSA busway 

Once again, no money ticket will scare people to ride (car or MC) in the Buss Lane. Impound their vehicle on the spot, ticket and confiscate driver's license, that's the most effective way to keep people off the Buss Lane.

What irks me is that when they're flagged, the automatic question is "Sir anong mali ko? " idiots

5K penalty, mandatory 2 days seminar, vehicle impound for 2 days, and a repeat offense would get you one year license suspension.

Magpasalamat dapat yong mga nag-iisyu ng tiket sa tinitikitan- "marami pong salamat sir sa walang sawa niyong kontribusyon ninyo sa pondo ng gobyerno".

ang linaw ng violation tapos pag nahuli, iiyak na kotong. kung may problema sila sa rule, wag nilang isisi sa enforcer. i doubt these people will pay the fines when they renew. soon, panay expired licenses magiging kaso lol.

It's funny that they can see an enforcer standing at quite a distance but cannot see any of the signs or road markings that say BUSES ONLY. Perhaps if a person has their licence confiscated they should have to retake the test at their own cost. Including the medical for eyesight.

aside from the penalty, since their most common reason is that they are in a hurry, why not include a 3 hour community service at the time of apprehension?

change the penalty to towing after apprehension with 50,000 pesos penalty and 1 yr suspension of license for 1st offense. 2nd offense would be towing + 80% FMV of the vehicle with 3 yrs suspension with a possibility of cancellation of license and 3rd penalty is 200% FMV penalty, 5 yrs in prison and revocation of license on the spot.

what happen to the total truck ban in edsa? 8pm onwards a lot of overloaded dump trucks traversing edsa and no one apprehends them. before, men of bong nebrija apprehends them but now no one flag them down... edsa is very close to so called bulacan roads, lots of pot holes and warped roads

Cars and other 4 wheeled vehicles also misuse the bus lane and they are also being apprehended. it doesn't mean that they're only picking the motorcycles to apprehend. I think 5k as penalty is not enough. Still revocation of licence could be the more effective penalty, why? for 1 they will decrease in numbers, the violators, second it could decongest edsa, fewer drivers means fewer vehicles. monetary penalty is not enough, revocation of licence.

Simple solution: pag nakasagasa ang bus ng motor sa buslane, automatic dapat kasalanan ng motor. Kahit mamatay pa ung rider, walang kaso ung bus, tuloy lang sia sa biahe at yung motor papalahin na lang ang mga parte ng katawan nia papunta sa center island. Ewan ko lang kung di magtino mga yan.

Parang ang daming Move It riders na violators. Almost daily na dumadaan ako sa Edsa may isa or more Move It ako nakikita na dumadaan sa Bus lane. What cause them to do this? Some says may hinahabol silang incentives or what... I think Move It should review and remove this bonuses/incentives that causes their riders to violate traffic rules. Or madali lang talaga makapasok sa kanila at walang proper training?

Question: GA, Can you give the license plates of the motorcycles from your footage to the MMDA ? So that even the MC that were not pulled over but did a violation can be ticketed and be forced to pay after renewing their registration or license ?

Tandaan, hindi porket walang bantay, pwede nang gumawa ng kagaguhan. Sumunod lang tayo sa batas may nakakakita man or wala.

EDSA Carousel is like LRT or MRT why? It goes straight to your nearest destination without traffic, and more and more passengers are happy to ride the bus carousel nowadays not unlike before the public passengers need to wake up as early as 3:AM just not to be late for school, workplace, appointments, and jobsites.
