Wow! This is an amazing Townhome. The only negative thing is ....well ....there are no negatives that I can think of. 😀 What is the price and the monthly fees? I saw an electric stove ...is there gas available? You do a wonderful job presenting these homes. If I lived in Calgary or was moving to Calgary or wanted to invest in a home in Calgary your office would definitely hear from me. Anyway, thanks for sharing/posting and I look forward to your next home showing. Cheers!
