Well…didn’t see one, but dude is definitely strong. Michael Eckert of the USMC holds the record for most good pullups in one minute, and NOA Man holds the record for most (105 with pauses at the bottom, with full arm extension).

What the ogs of street workout keep repeating over and over but people keep not listening to it, MASTER THE BASICS, once u can bang hella reps youll be able to fly and whichever strength and/or dynamic skill will come immediately, speaking from experience, i was that stubborn too

Если он так часто занимается, интересно сколько раз в неделю у него конкретно силовая тренировка? тоесть отработка же там элементов была я так понимаю и они тоже занимают время, а вот именно силовая, о которой он рассказывает в 10 кругах? И еще момент, подходы круги, я не думаю что он все до отказа за 2 повторения делает, я где-то слышал что надо строить тренировку со средними твоими показателями, тоесть если ты 12 раз макс можешь подтянутся. делить эти 12 раз на подходы, тоесть допустим если разовый максимум 12, то 3 подхода допустим сделать по 7-8 раз макс., Я думаю он так примерно и занимался, поэтому не закислял до максимума мышцы, может поэтому и восстанавливался быстрее, но здесь фактов у меня этому нет, я от него не слышал как он старается делать подходы и насколько до отказа((( Ищу инфу но найти не могу!

He was talking way too fast and I couldn’t understand anything that he said. One more thing I riding like about this video is that he didn’t even give the workouts a name he just explained how to do them. Other than that everything was absolutely worse.
