I like to presume that they polished or released wrong versions of the game, atleast the version that R* noticed. Maybe the lack of management or the way they developed it result in some of the one still leaked today that has more unused contents and differences.
The level name is a st8 translation from a Chinese translation of "Ronald McDonald insanity",whose later part used an arranged version of "U.N.owen" called "最終鬼畜妹フランドール・S(Final savage of sister: Flandre S)". The Chinese reuploaded ver of RMI is named "Final savage of Ran Ran Ru". Final-ultimate Savage-Kuichu(A japanese word)
There too many things I wanna say about the level more than the description can hadle, so I put some other here. While it isn't shown here, you can knock hunter down with Sawn-Off's wall ambushing melee attack. I think it works with control "A" setting. Blowing hunter's head while being knocked down can have interesting result. Similar to wall ambush attack with shovel, axe, and katana, he still "alive" long enough to turn his body around, even without his head. You can hear a voice of a woman when you reach near the stairs, this can get you noticed by hunters. The 3 hunters in the area, however, don't turn suspicious ,nor go searching the area when you stealth killed one of them like the final's .
The very first batch of the levels modded. I only photoshoped a few textured and the interior turned into scarlet mansion amazingly obvious. Also, before handling further model stuff, I just edited merely 3 models and everyone almost replaced. So it's the first level to be 100% converted.
Fun fact: When chopping piggsy's arms off, new arms model is placed there while his arms folded back. I tried but still make Flandre's arms misplaced, despite trying to rig her piggsy's arms, sorry about that. Level name is obvious referance to Flander's battle music. Where is Reimu's gut anyways? Well, you've known that Manhunt hunters have two models, one for head and another for body. But during execution, Starkweather's body model has been switched to another, which has gut inside. However, this model is hard to edit because I can't successfully open it in software, so I had to use the normal model. Too bad. I'm glad to see Starkweather being actually wall ambushed. I never made it anyways. As for the ending, I'm glad you made up a fumo story. In my concept, I once wanted to make urban legend(or creepypasta) references, like the level name "Blood Mist" is Squidward suicide video name. So I intended to shoot a video tribute to creepypasta 1999 ('Mr Bear's Cellar' or 'Caledon Local 21'). Dressed in suits with many Touhou books(And guess what? Chinese Touhou fans has published Touhou story books for CHILDREN EDUCATION!! So I bought the whole series and told the stories to my sister attending elementary school) , faking it being a Touhou children TV show but actually kidnapping children. Also there was another concept for that ending, a tribute to Postal 2 pigeon mission cutscene this time. I shot a video about myself cursing aloud during phone calls like Vince(or Mike J? Sry I forgot) does. So pity I didn't actually shoot one vid.

Searched it, I found canned coconut milk and girl with the pose you said and its uncanny similar. xd Interesting to see coconut milk famous there as a drink. This is not the case in my area because people over here, especially who has history of cooking doesn't support drinking coconut milk because... we just think it doesn't taste very good drinking it xd. Only use it as ingredient for curry here. Coconut water is still a popular drink tho.
This level explains why Manhunt is a horror game: a swat guy instantly sprayed one whole uzi magazine to you. To make this slight easier, I made Oku and Kanako take Uzi, so that player can prepare in advance. It's good to see you find the mechanism of the shard spawning. I once thought this were random, so I had to bring one from the Casino
Fun fact: The level name comes from a spell card name of Yukari, I didn't look up to the English translation, so I translated myself. This spell card showed up in Scarlet Weather Rhapsody(Hey this is also where the mod name comes from XDDDDD) and Antinomy of Common Flowers. I did a straight English translation from Chinese translation, and it called "Off-train journey of the abandoned station."(I put the Japanese name here.廃線「ぶらり廃駅下車の旅」) I didn't handle textures too well, so Satono and Mai are using one same eye texture, because the name is same. I should have renamed their own textures. For later modding I successfully avoided the file name problem.
Leave the crowbar to me. I once really used execution all over because my health was too low for a fire battle. Picking up 73+30 M16 ammos for the next scene. Fun fact: This is the very first level with graphic overhaul, followed by the mansion interior(In fact I forgot which one is modded before). Simple Photoshop work and the dim mansion turned scarlet and colorfol, just amazing. Once I had a delimma whether this level is called "Blood Mist"(Definitely Manhunt theme, also a tribute to Squidward's Suicide urban legend) or "Scarlet Mist"(Real EoSD reference). Maybe I will change the name. With fairy maids the level is complete enough, but later I added Hong Meiling and Lil' devil to add variety. Besides, the amazing red mist is only achieved for the latest release, despite this level was the very first batch uploaded
I could showcasing it a little bit but I want this run in particular to have less backtracking as possible (I did in previous level for remembering level details incorectly, or even forget entirely within successful run) Since how widespread the Cerberus is, I prefer to shoot them from safer distance. Like I said in Mall Shootout description, the knock-and-shoot makes the gunplay more passable.
Real E E Menger losers. They are pinyin of Chinese. "E E" refers “谔谔”. This word , well, is actually invented word. It was then used by an infamous Touhou fans called 囧仙 to express dislike. “Meng Er(萌二)” means someone in a fanbase but knowing too few. Totally newbie. This word, well comes from a lecture held by 囧仙, while one audience asking him one question: how to let more Touhou 萌二 to see otomad? As for otomad, that's another topic, just one vid section of niconico.
Now that this vid has been reuploaded, I'll put this again. The level name is a straight referance to Youmu's battle music "Till When?", so it combines the original name "Grounds for assault." In this level I replaced the machete with Youmu's sword, I don't remember whether I did it for the next level tbh.

And now that Starkweather dislike them, I thought they were unwelcome, so I found some Touhous who are not supposed to be welcomed there. They later became pervs for sequel mod. Yep, thats why i refer to them as "garbage beings" in description. As the word "garbage" can be use for imprecation. I remember there's a game about Seija where everyone in Gensokyo practically hates her.
Fun fact: Viet Cong is used by Chinese people to decribe Touhou fans, beacuse they are hiding within every internet fanbase just like the Vietnam soilder disguised themselves with trees and plants! Viet Cong head out is translated by me, it means the hidding soilder suddenly reach the head out to ambush. In China(or Japan?) there is a tag called "三人娘" about three extra stage bosses: Flandre, Koishi and Nue. I heard the concept in the very begging knowledge of Touhou, so I thought they are all super kick-ass Touhous, thus two of them are big bosses for the mod. Senseless chase the name then comes obvious. Koishi is unconcious enough to avoid being executed.

Then I switched the Clownpiece model.Though the Koakuma model still remains in the file. For latest progress(As you can see in my server I sent a Remillia statue screenshot last year), I intend to add variants for the Scartlet mansion level maids. They all use the head model of Daiyousei, so I want to add more heads, like, Clownpiece? Sunnymilk? And even Cirno??
Fun fact: Cash's model has security check and is not moddable, or the game crashes, so only other models can be edited. So I used monkey skin for the initial attempts and finally made Marisa into it. Actually, if you use a newer PluginMH with a skin menu function inside, you can see Marisa named after "Monkey" there. A little concidence for the "Monkey see Monkey kill" line in the beginning lol

Idk how Remilia gets there but I guess Marisa found the missing person. I remember Marisa's alternate model in another scene that also take place at the penetentiary.
@@flowerinthecranniedwall Fun fact: The bonus art Remilia model is the same suthor of the fairy maids, but I didn't use it. Because the art is Photoshoped months before I could handle model editing. And now that I handled further skills, I got a better model fo her. Same thing went in bonus level 1, Sakuya and Reimu has got new model different from canon levels.
Suika the tramp is an obvious connection. I bet everyone can come up with such an idea. Of course she was the very first batch of my successful modding attempts. Watermelon is the third modded character. The second one was Aya. Koishi was supposed to be the third one but I couldn't handle the texture back in the days, and she crashed Ramirez level lol.
Fun fact: Luna-related characters as "luna:-tics are the very first concepts in my mod, but there are too few of them, and Eirin Yagokoro as well as Houraisan Kaguya were intend to be killed by Reimu in Touholic Hatred(you know what the og game is). So I spent long to put other Touhous here, and they were the last hunters pack actually complete
imo your final version of the scene's hunters is somewhat fits with their dialogue. I imagined Eirin was killed in the penetentiary before Marisa arrives. That said, idk about Hatred's plot details. I thought it was just a game about a dude that hates on society and go on a rampage, with gameplay similar to Postal 1, that's all I know about the game so far.
Also it would be very funny if Kaguya is playable in your planned Hatred mod. She has that "look" to it that reminded me of violent-dudes-with-long-hair trope, also presents in Hatred and Franko: The Crazy Revenge series, both made by Polish developers. From Kaguya profile, she has experienced some history of torment. So, her socialable personality aside, she still has a right to be unstable. Though Mizuchi would fit the place as well for her extremely vengeful motives.
There is an Army Base level just like Postal. Hatred protagonist(who was actually referred as the antagonist in the credits) has a side mission to kill drill sergeant there, thus I intend to make Reimu kill the moon-mastermind lol
I never thought about the appearance before! This is such a coincident! Well shortly after the Reimu Hatred storyline, due to a line by antagonist of 'forward the purification', I once came up with Junko PURIFY THE MOON. But this was rather a spin-off so it was abandoned fast
The completion of this level means a breakthrough of handling 3ds max. Because the model file of each level should be under 10mb or the game crashes. Before I learnt further skills, the enemy variant is limited, but later I've handled how to reduce model size, and therefore ALL FOUR HOSTAGES HAVE GOT THEIR OWN MODEL. Finally it came true one year after initial ideas came out.
Reimu used Hutatsuiwa Mamizou's ability to disguise her identity, so Sakuya refers her as "Remillia" and Koishi here, well, I forgot the lines I made three years ago so, thanks for reminding here.
