I played this episode a little blind, since i haven't return to this one a lot. Gonna be closer to being Lets Play for this one.
In flashback, Leo tells Daniel to destroy the pasts, Leo then have to get in Project archive facility to burn down Daniel's information documents down. (Just for Daniel's this time)
The mechanic guy is always hostile now, unlike final's where he only does when stealing his gas can or attacking him.
Its hard to hear, but after you meet the first hired cop, Leo said "I don't need help, if they only knew where they were part of", after executed first cop, "Ignorant isn't innocent". Leo has completely different lines from final's. His lines are scarier here.
These hired cops are still using Militia voice.
The first trashed papers near the truck you can burn down doesn't have any sneaky gravels right at it. So its not someone in Vienna team who put that there in the final's, right? That said, there are 2 cops with flashlights who run to check the burning, then they will just standing there until alert. If they were planned to be searching the shadow in the area right after, this part would have to be a pain to play, but idk.
"usual corporate bs" yeah he could say that twice, or you could give him a "take 2". I wonder why the "corporate" part is removed.
These 2 cops are the last one for the level. After reaching the gate, Watchdogs already appear for Leo to deal with.
Instead of 2 documents you have to burn, now its only one. Making this level much shorter than final's. There's less environment execution too.
I don't like the final version one bit. Hunters were so buggy. I remember trying to lead a watchdog into the meat hook and he gets stuck, running back and forth in the open area. The most broken level imo.
For this build one, its faaar more playable, memorable even. I actually liking it this time. Despite being on shorter side, it plays better without any doubt or deny.
It has different music tracks. It uses the one that plays in the level's intro cutscene for alerting state. This one has track for "suspicious" state that sounds like a mix of "ghosts" and "origins", unlike final's which has n o n e.
