8:41 I was having trouble with my 5t clone brakes sticking then I remembered something that caught my eye. The springs on the brake rods! Fixed my problem. Thank you
Hey dude I’m so glad I found this video I’ve been losing my mind on my Baja 5t I bought used that would also move the hammer when I applied the brakes. When I set the linkage throttle and balance it to how you did with it hitting the idle screw, when I full throttle on the controller, the throttle hammer does not fully touch like yours does. Now I went into the controller to check the throttle EPA and it was already full at 125. So my butterfly does not go horizontal at full throttle at all. Any idea why? I can also upload a video if you need more details!
Bro...my baha 5b engine starts but after few seconds stalls..sometimes it gets flooded too and hard to start. I cut the fuel supply then it starts again..what could be the reason
Hello there Mr, Dan ....Awesome videos . I am Javier from NYC and just want you recommendations before buying a signature 34 cc engine , would like to be able to run it in the street as well as on the track and be able to compete with the great build Drag Bajas and possibly Win some race at some point ? So what's the best recomendatios or guidance on the type of engine and mods ?? I have a king Motor Baja buggy wiht many upgrades to be light but strong where it needs to be and running 2 speed system. Just need a next level powerful heart and I have be honest with Mr. Dan , it woukd be my first time buying a RC engine, therefore I just want to be sure that I made a really good and the wrigh choice on buying your signature OBR engine, thanks for amazing educational videos , blessing to you and your family Mr. Dan.
28 to 1 - that’s what I plan to run in mine! (Maxima K2) - 43cc, not as “screamy” as these, though. I was thinking, “these turn kart-engine revs, so they want kart-racing mix - 16 to 1 or so.” Was taught with chainsaws, “richen it till it blubbers under load, then lean it out until it *just* stops.” Also, with these engines, you’ll want to adjust the carb *frequently,* as temperature and changing air density (and possibly, phases of the moon) seem to affect mix requirements.
