Lovely video of Concorde’s arrival into the museum, my late father flew in G-BOAA from Washington to Heathrow in 1977. I still have his flight certificate from this flight. I later visited her with my daughter and made a short video of our visit.

Lee Air Videos, Your comment is very kind. I am glad you enjoyed watching the video. It was fun making it,; I am glad your father was able to fly on the plane. Now that it is in the museum anyone can go inside the plane. Most people think how narrow the plane is compared with the usual planes people travel on - all in order to go fast. Where was it that you visited the plane? In the Scottish museum? Or before it ever got there? Warmest best wishes, Hugh Trevor

Absolutely wonderful Hugh thank you so much. The Law was my boyhood playground as I lived not far from it in Dundas Road, it's the most special place in the world for me. I live in west London now and I miss North Berwick so much. Once again Hugh thank you so much for all your effort it's very much appreciated.

In reply to your earlier question about the Craig swim and the Law Race, I have found out that there were two events: the Law Race from the Lodge grounds, and a Craig swim from Craigleith island to the harbour, but they were not connected. It is very interesting that you used to live in North Berwick. Perhaps some of my other videos in my channel may interest you too, as most of them are about North Berwick. Best wishes, Hugh

Brilliant, loved it. Odd seeing the top of the Law without the whale's jawbone though!

Thank you so much for your comment. It was fun making the video. If you wish, you can view my video of the whale bones being replaced on the Law. It is the video called 'Restoring an Icon’ - icon being the Jawbones. Best wishes, Hugh

@@HughTrevorNorthBerwick I forgot to say Hugh, when I was a boy in the 1970's it used to be called the Law Craig race (or the other way round) Where they had to swim to the Craig and back and then run up the Law and back, or maybe they started on the Craig, can't quite remember but def the Craig was involved.

Thank you for your comment about Benjy, the video. Since I made the video Benjy has sold his boat, but still continues making lobster pots.
