i've noticed that it says on the bag of frozen young coconut that it needs to be heated to a temperature of 165 degrees before consumption but it looks as though it may be fine to consume it right out of the bag?
WAYYY to much going on here, stick to a simple high quality protein drink and then get walking ...MOST people will NOT stick to this routine as its just to involved.
Thanks for the content! Currently tweaking to my system specifications, lol, walnut allergy...I think I saw u mention it lasts for about a week? Why is that? Coconut milk lasts longer than that, as do most oils I've encountered, and without eggs, I would expect shelf life to be much longer...I'll be using organic onion and garlic powder, and probably vinegar (apple cider and/or white) either in place of, or along side the lemon juice in various reincarnations of The Mayo-nayo-naise 😂🤎🙏🏾
12 years later........Are you still on this diet? If so, how many meals do you eat per day and how much protein per meal? Also, do you have a cheat day as he suggests? Thanks in advance.
That’s a great question @joecrowder8893 ! I have to say that I do still try to get 20 grams of protein (at a minimum) per meal. However, I do not have a cheat day. I do keep carbs to a minimum, but not too low. I eat three meals per day and try to quit eating by 7pm and start eating no earlier than 7am.
Nutritionist consultant? Meat doesn't have anything nutritionally over it, or bioavailble for human beings. It causes diseases, and the most unhealthy and un-ethically thing you can consume. Take in consideration how animals are treated nowadays, free range, organic or not! Disgusting!
Hi I made this with my vitamix and let it go until it was liquidy and have been adding this to drinks but it’s coming out grainy when I drink it. Like I feel the coconut shreds I’m using the fine shreds. Any recommendations?
Should mix with a little coconut milk and a little coconut juice/water. It taste much better and creamy...because u are using dried coconut it produce oily paste.
I recently purchased a white coconut and love it. I was amazed how much water I got from 1 coconut. No more brown for me. Went back to market and noticed blue spots on exterior so I didn't buy it but brought it to managers attention. If mold is on the outside should I not purchase? Thank you Mike Coffey
Thank you for this recipe. I’m gonna have to try making it with younger coconut. I attempted to make it with water instead of coconut water and i noticed the yogurt was started developing but there was major water separation and it doesn’t smell so good :( I am determined to try again.
hi. for the vegetables, can it be zucchini or green beans ( 1 cup ?) ? And for topping the eggs is it ok using sour cream or butter ? How much beans did you use ? thanks
She did some edited because it takes longer than under a minute to get coconut butter like she recommends in the video. I also think she added coconut oil off camera to get that creamy texture. Guys it takes about 20 minutes to get coconut butter.
