Simple Caramel Braised Pears [paleo dessert] 

Made this today after searching ‘pear dessert’ here on RU-vid. I had to get rid of a few pears. Very tasty. Thank you. :)

Had some pears to use up and happened to see this recipe. Came out pretty good. Super easy

Just made this but I also added couple of other things to it like cloves and cinnamon stick. Also used half of the coconut fat to sip it with some coconut sugar as a graving MMMmmmmmm sooo good! Well if you feel like it you can add a tea spoon on cognac to the serving well that is my take on this desert.
